My order two weeks ago was wrong but I thought, “maybe they’re new and just need a 2nd chance, new gig, new responsibilities, just roll with it, everyone has to learn something new, somewhere.”
I really wish that had been the end of it. I went tonight and I order a CHICKEN supreme burrito….and get BEEF….but get charged for CHICKEN!….oh, and the softshell chicken taco(chicken, lettuce, cheese)….nope! I get a Cantina softshell chicken taco….like I stated above, this is the SECOND TIME in two weeks…..so it’s not a fluke. You DON’T pay attention! And I don’t have the patience to go in there and show you how to do your job! I’m exhausted when I get home from my job and go straight into caregiving for a family member when I get home. From your manager to the person who gave me my food(also zero napkins, not even the pathetic usual two napkins) don’t pay attention to detail, top down. So angry and frustrated, guess where the food went…..garbage.

25 minutes for two tacos. Guy before me. 35 minutes. Not sure what happened but there usually really efficient. The only reasoning I got for why it was taking so long “sorry we’re busy”. Trying to dine in but had to take it to go. Really a pretty ridiculous and unnecessary experience. Your staff needs training on both efficiency and customer service. Oh and my tacos were wrong.

Pathetic people and pathetic customer service. We had placed an order online, 4 value lunch boxes for 4 people, through their website which took the payment twice for the exact same order within the same minute. I wasn’t notified during the payment process or even after the completion. When we went for pickup, firstly it wasn’t ready on time. Then they started our order 6 mins after the promised time. One of the associates came to us to confirm the order and told us they are starting it. 10 mins later when it was ready we were surprised to see exact same order in 2 big bags. When we asked they told us we had ordered it twice. Why did you not confirm with us when you came to us if it was 2 orders? You confirmed 4 lunch boxes not 8. This is when we came to know they had charged us twice. More over all the items were dumped in 2 big brown bags and not separate as per the lunch boxes. We refused 2nd bag and asked for refund for that as it was there website’s error. They said sorry it’s too late. When asked to call the supervisor the associate said he was the supervisor. No name tags, no supervisor tag and refusing to understand the issue! Clearly no sense of business or customer service. No sense of how to pack food! Are the people working at this place, really fit for the job or is it because you couldn’t find any other job you are just doing time pass here. Does the company take a look at the ratings and try to guage why it’s low?

Well where do I start. I ordered from a kiosk that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month and as we wait for our order one of the employees was standing st the front register playing less than appropriate music on his cell phone to the point the other 3 employees had to almost scream to talk to each other then we had to wait for 15 minutes when there was only 2 people which includes myself waiting for food. It was a very less than satisfying experience.

Been driving for about 7 hours. Just wanted to gab something quick and take a nap. Lady was very rude and they were out of beef and rice. I am always very polite. Especially to people who are making my food. She was just flat rude. I’m sure she didn’t want to be there. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

Well, it’s Taco Bell. Hardly anything to get excited about. But we were hungry and it filled the hole. I don’t like that the employees won’t help you at the counter. They have a sign on the counter to use a Kiosk. And they completely ignore you when you try to get their attention. We waited 30 minutes for 2 Mexican pizzas and 2 hard tacos. The tables were dirty as was the drink island. I told a woman there was no hand soap in the dispenser in the Men’s room. She said “okay” and walked away. She never did go back to the restroom and put soap in the dispenser. I wonder how the employees are washing their hands ?? When we got ready to leave I went to the counter to tell them, again, there was no hand soap in the men’s room. I said excuse me to get a fella’s attention who was making tacos. He looked at me then hollered at someone I couldn’t see telling them to see “what the person at the counter wants”. No one came so I just hollered at him about the absence of soap in the men’s restroom. He didn’t respond so we just left. Customer service and cleanliness are very low on the priority list at this Taco Bell.

The tacos are so small nothing hardly at all now! We asked for extra onions in a burrito 3 different times now and one little piece was found. Fiesta potatoes were less than half from the last times we have shad it.

After entering my order on the kiosk screen, I waited 20 minutes for my order. I probably wouldn’t have gotten it then but the man in front of me asked for the manager. The staff only waited on the drive-thru orders. The nacho chips were the worst taste and texture I have ever tasted. I would never order food from this place again!

This may be my favorite Tbell ever. The entire staff is always super friendly and helpful. The food is always on par with my expectations. I also feel comfortable having breakfast and sending emails in the dine in area.
