The woman working was excellent. I was standing idly in front and she asked me if I had been helped: yes, I used the kiosks. She also came to a mother daughter couple after they ordered and said they were out of the flavored drink they wanted and offered an alternative. She was very pleasant and well put together. “Don’t worry about it. It’s my job.”
The staff in back were good too. They were in verbal communication about the status of my nuggets and were moving without wasted energy.

i went through the drive thru. it took about 3-4 minutes to even be addressed over the speaker. i ordered the 10 piece deluxe nugget meal. pulled up to the second window. the lady working it was very dismissive, hardly said a word to me, and just completely ignored me after i wished her a good day. went into the parking lot to eat; i was missing my sauces, and the nugget box only had 7 nuggets? the food was very good, though. i just wish there was the same quality of service at this taco bell like they have at rock place and third street.

I had an issue with the mobile app that led to my order not showing up for them. The manager on duty immediately greeted me and took great care to make sure I got my food fast and fresh. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the place and the service is top notch. Thank you!

This was the fastest service I’ve ever experienced at any fast food restaurant. There were 2 people ordering in front of me at the drive through but after I placed my order they were already gone because it was so incredibly fast. I got my food right when he opened the window. I didn’t think it was possible to make burritos that quickly. I loved the service and would absolutely recommend whoever was in that building be promoted if they are looking for it.

Ordered on the app and ended up getting someone else’s. Went back to get it fixed and they still messed it up. They didnt bother to remake our order so it was cold. Such incompetent workers at this location. Would recommend going somewhere else if you want your Taco Bell fix.

I’ve never thought I’d ever leave a review in my life but this was genuinely the shittiest order I’ve ever had. My Doritos locos taco literally disintegrated as I bit into it… it was very soggy. Don’t even get me started on my Crunchwrap… barely anything in it, cold and somehow stiff and soggy at the same time. I’ve never felt this sick.

Had a delivery order placed late at night. It was 12 soft tacos but instead I got 6 soft and 6 crunchy. I won’t complain about the tacos. But I ordered 3 small Baja blast. I received 2 and one mystery drink. The mystery drink was nothing that was on the menu. No idea what it is. I think it might be carbonated bodily fluids. Can see in photo I attached.

Each time I go here they miss half my items, and puts stuff I specifically ask to remove. It takes 30 minutes when there is no one in there. I never had one time that I went to the state street Taco Bell where they didn’t mess up.
