Great service, very mediocre food.
My family visited after a big shopping trip, we used to love their falafel. THEY NO LONGER HAVE FALAFEL?!? Not sure why they got rid of it. Our service was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The food was disappointing, nothing special or very tasty. Subpar ingredients. I got the one vegetarian option, and there were two chunks of chicken in it?!? Probably from a messy grill. It was obvious that the food is now just frozen/premade junk that has been heated up. We will not be returning to Olgas Kitchen, they seem to have lost any of the goodness they previously had.

Great restaurant, different than the hamburger places. Food is served hot and there’s a good variety on the menue. We love the salad and snickers. Can’t beat the olga sandwiches though, fries and broccoli soup.

OMG!!! I have been going to Olga’s Kitchen with my mom since I was 7 years old. I am now 51 years old.The first one I ever went to was in The Fairlane Mall in Detroit. We would then go see a movie at the theater across the hall! I was at the Frandor location in Lansing, Mi. today. First, let me say, the food was amazing as usual but the service was phenomenal! Our beautiful server Mya was amazeballs!!!! We never had to look for her when we needed anything. She was super helpful and sweet. She showed us how to use the Olgas’s app and predicted everything we needed before we could even ask for it!! This girl knows her stuff!!!!! We asked to speak to the manager so we could boast on the fine job miss Mya was doing and he was super nice as well!!! Everyone was so professional and nice from the time we walked in to the time we left. The prices are very affordable and the food is a 10/10!!!!! I live in Georgia now and only visit Michigan on rare occasions. My only complaint is that there are no Olaga’s Kitchens in Georgia!!!

5 Stars – The Best Service We’ve Ever Had!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Melody was phenomenal from the moment we sat down. Her energy was warm, welcoming, and genuinely uplifting—like dining with a lifelong friend who somehow also happens to be a top-tier professional.
She anticipated every need before we even had to ask. Drinks were never empty, recommendations were spot on (seriously, listen to whatever she suggests—it’s gold), and she made us feel like the only table in the restaurant, even though the place was packed.
Melody strikes the perfect balance between attentive and respectful of your space. She remembered names, special requests, and even threw in a few thoughtful touches that made the experience unforgettable. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly loves what they do and takes pride in making people feel special. Melody is that rare gem.
If you’re lucky enough to have her as your waitress, prepare for one of the best dining experiences of your life.
Melody, you’re a rockstar!

Great place to eat, kind of surprised me actually. I had never had Shwarma but it is their specialty. I had their turkey version of it and it was awesome. My girl had a salad that she said was tasty and the flavors were very unique. I posted a picture of it. I also had the fried veggie straws can’t remember if it was egg plant or some other veggie but it was great. I also tried this broccoli cheese soup that came with soft bread triangles and a cream cheese esque ball that was tasty when spread on it and dipped. Along with my meal I had their orange cream drink that tasted like a cross between a freezer cream soda and an orange Julius. Overall, great experience. Environment is very plane but there were some windows and natural light.

With Tip I paid $155.00 for this food! White chili and peasant soup 27.00 and 24.00 dollars feeds 4-6 ? Those are the two quart containers- dippers with extra cheese 22.00 dollars pictured below. And sloppy chicken bowl with old Mac and cheese 20.00 dollars plus it took almost three hours. This was for a corp lunch. I thought I’d try something new instead of Panera ! Well thanks Olga’s back to Panera with my tail between my legs !

I came to pick up a quick late lunch for take out. I typically love Olga’s but today the Olga salad I got to go didn’t look great. The chicken came separate and my bowl of broccoli soup was fine, my salad however looked poorly made with old lettuce. If I could have seen this before leaving I probably would have asked them to remake it but I took it to go. It didn’t look or taste very appetizing but my soup and bread were fine. I typically get a wrap so that might be what I return to if I go back. The food did however come out pretty quickly, the place was pretty slow at the time.

Absolutely great experience! Olga’s Kitchen in Lansing (Frandor). The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff Luke is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. You cannot leave without ordering the iconic, warm Olga’s Snackers—they are the perfect blend of sweet, salty, and savory!. The Swarma bowl was delicious & perfectly seasoned and fresh. It’s the ultimate comfort food and a must-visit spot in town!” Thanks Luke, you rock!!

Mya was awesome. I have been having issues when ordering from DoorDash. She was so nice when I called and relatable and assured me she will personally take care of my order. My order arrived and was perfect, and she gave me extra sauce. Her friendliness and willingness to help was very refreshing, as a lot of the times people will have an attitude if speaking about a past bad experience. She was great. I wish DoorDash gave an option to tip the restaurant staff as well as their drivers. I would tip more. The restaurant staff deserve to be paid from DoorDash also. Olga’s will definitely be seeing me soon because of her.

Let me begin by saying I haven’t visited Olgas Frandor in over a year. Not because I dont like the food, its the location. I’m not in Frandor often, so its a forgotten establishment. However, tonight I wanted something different. I happen to be near Frandor so I decided to stop. Glad I did! This is one of my best experiences in fast food!!
I was greated by Richard with perfect edicate. I honestly wanted to just order my food and go. (Lol) Richard was polite and asserted himself is a helpful manner. He made sure I got the best deal for my money. Signed me up to the Olgas App and showed me the best way to navigate it to save the most. Enjay (Sorry if i misspelled) assisted and delivered with my order graciously. She has magnetic energy and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with everything before I left.
Service like this will make me remember Olgas Frandor!!! Excellent work you two!!!
