Great Taco Bell. We did have to place our order through the kiosk as it did not seem like anyone was handling the inside cash registers. The food was super good and our order was filled correctly and quickly. A good stop.

I got the nacho dorito tacos to try because I never have had taco bell since im not from the US. People are simply snobs that need to remember it’s fast food. It isn’t a restaurant. I used to work at this location, so I understand the struggle of the workers. Especially due to the short staffing. I did enjoy working here and might be coming back! The food isn’t meant to be a five star restaurant competitor, because it’s fast food. This taco bell has fast and satisfying service, but people are impatient nowadays. I can assure you, most of the places you’re going will still be there a few minutes from now. The cleanliness may be something someone complains about, but again short staffed. If someone was focused on the cleanliness of the lobby, then they just lost someone who could have made your food, or helped in the drive through. Just be patient and accept that your food will come.

As of lately this taco bell has been hitting everything perfect on the mark. Freezes are always great everything I order always comes out how I order it surprisingly. Mexican pizza has been my go to for as long as I’ve been alive. Best taco bell in rapid city area in my opinion. So far can’t miss.

Every time I come to this store something is forgotten. More than likely it’s as simple as sauce. I don’t know if it’s a lack of paying attention or caring, but it’s very annoying. Especially when it’s something that simple. This store used to be better 2-3 years ago. Now I avoid it as best I can.

Waited forever for food. Chalupas came out stale. Food prep area was very dirty. Didn’t seem like they were short staffed, but they may have been. Ill give them the bwnefit of the doubt on that. Had to ask three times for food that was missed with the original order.

Went here 6/13/23, there were about a dozen cars in line for the drive thru. We had a little wait, understandable, the food was very good, the order was right, and the young men working the window were very polite and professional.
