While exploring the Bangor area, we were on the hunt for a bite to eat and came across this little hole-in-the-wall spot called Blinker’s Diner and we’re so glad we stopped!
I ordered a classic ham and cheese sandwich that was absolutely delicious and perfectly grilled with flavor and fries? Even better! Melissa went with the chicken tenders and fries, and they hit the spot too
The whole place had that cozy small-town diner vibe, and our waitress was so friendly and attentive the entire time. You could tell it’s the kind of spot locals love and travelers stumble upon by luck – which makes it even better
If you ever find yourself in Bangor, Michigan, definitely swing by Blinker’s Diner. It’s one of those simple, down-home places that makes you feel right at home.

Highly recommended!!!!! We’re passing through town on the motorcycle went past this little diner. Parking lot was full. Figured it was probably all locals and it was.. locals nowhere to eat and where the good food is. I will return. Thank you so much for our breakfast..

My husband and I stop here anytime we are going to Kalamazoo. We’ve never had a rude server and food is always good. I think the longest we waited for our food is 20 minutes. I think they do a great job with the small kitchen and staff they are working with. I was a server for 17 years and recognize hard workers in an often underappreciated field.

I love Blinkers.
I’ve been to some high-end fancy restaurants in London and Chicago and I come away disappointed at times.
Blinkers restaurant is down to earth and has wonderful comfort food. The wait staff was friendly and quick getting our food out.
I love that they have the neon red highlighting along the edges of the roof so the restaurant stands out as you’re driving along.
Definitely a great place to go check it out.

Every time we go we are disappointed. Hashbrowns come out burned. Its not sausage gravy for the busicuits and gravy. Portions are small for the money. The service is OK at best. Wish it was good food as I would love to go to a local breakfast place close to our home.

Food was absolutely fantastic! The cook was working alone with a large crowd, and while it took a little longer, our waitress was friendly and professional, and the food came out perfectly.
The omelet and hashbrown casserole were some of the best I’ve had, and I think the biscuits and gravy WERE the best I’ve ever had!
Also terrific coffee!
Next time I’m in Michigan, I will be coming back for sure!

We are not from the area, but came on a busy Sunday morning. The place was packed like we expected. We sat ourselves, and the sever was fast and polite. You could tell she knew what she was doing bc she was very efficient!
Food was very tasty- loved the hollandaise. Prices were great also!
