typical taco bell, super nice people, the first impression not good as there was soda all over the counter by machine and there were no napkins. The food was typical, tasted good. The crunch wrap supreme wasn’t good but the chicken cantina taco was great.

Hit & miss with this place . Usually bad during 8pm – closing . Something is always wrong . Tonight I ordered a chicken quesadilla . Food was cold & cheese wasn’t even melted . My bean & cheese burrito was mostly like tortilla . My husbands chicken cantina had no chicken in it . Can’t even complain bc they just act unprofessional . The E North location is a lot better & hardly have any issues there . It just sucks bc I do live on the west side & sometimes have late dinners after a long day . Please do better!!!!

After waiting nearly 30minutes for my mobile order, not only are the tacos soggy and falling apart, but the Crunchwrap is completely wrong. Ordered no cheese and it is smothered with cheese with NONE of the additional toppings added. Very disappointing to wait so long for such poor food. Will never be doing an online order at this location again.

Stopped in at my local Taco Bell to pick up my mobile order. Well, they almost got it right – hence the 4 star review. As you might know, they now charge for the avocado sauce that comes in the tiny packets, like their taco sauce. When I got home with my order, those were missing. I was sadly disappointed – I adore this green deliciousness. I did go onto the app and report it was missing and I received $3 off of a future order. Great way to get me back into the store to spend more money Pepsi Food Services…lol. I just wish there was a little more training to make sure orders were correct.. Otherwise, the rest of the family enjoyed their meals. Will we go back? Of course. Will I check my bags more closely, absolutely!

Seems like they have the potential to be a good team, because the people are nice! They are, however, extremely disorganized and careless when they make mistakes. We are stuck at the window right now, and a guy in line just walked up to ask them if the line was going to move because we’ve been here for 1/2 hour…and they blamed us for having a large order!!! We got 5 items. Never mind, you just lost 2 stars and are getting one now.

Went to this taco bell today @ 3:15. 4 people working. 2 customers in lobby. Ordered from kiosk. Took a long time to get food (15/20 minutes). Ordered tropical Rockstar drink, recieved it midway through my meal. Did not taste like it was supposed to. Took it back & was not made correctly. They were going to remake it. 15 minutes later, I am at the counter still waiting when someone finally pauses in their conversation & asks me what I”m waiting for. My drink that was made incorrectly the 1st time & being remade??? Finally recieved my drink. Had strawberry in it and tastes watered down. Will never go to this taco bell again. Trash was full, taco sauce on floor, and employees more concerned about talking & drive thru customers to be bothered by lobby or walk in customers!

Got takeout, as soon as i got home i tried the chips that were either too salty or not cooked throughly enough so i bit into a hard chunk of chip.(couldnt bite through it at all) secondly i wanted a cheese quesadilla WITH the jalapeno sauce, i just got a cold thing tortilla w a thin layer of cheese that i honestly couldve made at home. the taco? oh good grief. spent enough money here that it shouldve been made with decency. Just despicable.

Placed order through app, got my food in a timely manner but my hash brown was hard as a rock. I pull back through the drive through and asked for a replacement and they gave me one just as bad if not worse. Do better guys!

Ordered Uber eats for lunch at midnight. No driver picked up my order. I went to get it myself. I didn’t get what I ordered. I got taco shells with about a teaspoon of meat, a teaspoon of tomato, just the smell of sour cream and no cheese at all. They didn’t have the ingredients for what I ordered, so they substituted what was supposed to be nachos bell grande. I got a bowl full of stale chips, a teaspoon of tomato and a teaspoon of beans. It was awful. I tipped a driver which didn’t exist, paid full price for inedible food which I had ti vo get myself and I wished Pizza Hut had just been open. Never, EVER again will I order from this awful place again.
