Service is usually quick, food is hot, and the prices are hard to beat. It’s not fancy, but it’s consistently satisfying and perfect for a late-night stop or a quick meal on the go.

The taco bell on 41st St in front of the at home store was a joke. Ordered 3 crunch wraps and three breakfast burritos for the family and I. Went through the drive through and was told to go park in the order pickup spot ( it helps their wait times so they look better for corporate). After a 15 minute wait I went to go in and check on my food. Order was ready and wrong. I only got three options. The drive through window girl was fantastic trying to correct it and doing her best through her tears. Her manager was not nice. Constantly yelling at her for messing all this stuff up and telling her how bad of a job she was doing as the manager was filling orders with the wrong items. Screaming that she couldn’t redo my order without a ticket and blaming the drive through girl. It was rough to watch and I hope people don’t support that ugly behavior.

Well where do I start! I love Taco Bell and I am very frustrated! I go to this location multiple times a month and seems like more times the not the service and food quality is awful! I can’t have sour cream so I request everyone NO SOUR CREAM 9 times out of 10 there is always sour cream! I try to always come in and get my ordered corrected but today was the icing on the cake! We went in placed an order on the app for dine in and waited almost 12 minutes for our food. I finally went up to counter to ask where my food was. Also this loud group of kids showed up screaming, shouting, and swearing I asked the front desk lady if there was anything they could say to the group of guys to get them to quiet down a little bit because we are paying customers and they are disrupting us and other people the lady then states that she can let the manager know she then comes up front and says managers busy it will be a while. Later as I took a bite into my food there was sour cream on it. I went up to the counter and tried to get the attention of a staff member and couldn’t. While I was standing there waiting I could see into the kitchen where employees were making food.I was highly disgusted to see a employee making several people’s food and in between making the food he would pick up his phone and scroll around on it then continue making people’s food with the same gloves on. I finally saw a staff member come back from the bathroom and approached him explained how my food was messed up and that I need it remade. He asked me how it was supposed to be and he went back to the kitchen and explained and got it corrected. While the other employee was fixing it the guy comes back and I said can I please say something to you he said what’s that I said I have stood here for like 5 minutes ignored and watched that employee make multiple peoples food while touching his phone and not changing there gloves I expressed how gross that is and how not clean that is and how your putting bacteria and germs in peoples food. As I am expressing this to him the other employee brings my remade food over and grabs his phone out of his pocket and starts scrolling. The employee that was helping me then states dude your touching your phone and making food with gloves on. The guy looked confused so I just explained to him that it is filthy to touch your phone and make other peoples orders because the germs off your phone are now in peoples food. He said in frustration your right and took his gloves off and threw them away. I expressed can I please explain something. I guarantee you use your phone in the bathroom and do not disinfect your phone after meaning all private areas and fecal areas that touched your hands have now touched your phone, your phone touches everything counters, your pocket, the floor, etc and now your placing all those germs and bacteria into peoples food. He storms off someone from the back says hey what’s going on and at this point and time I grabbed my stuff and left. I am very disappointed in the quality of service they provide I am disappointed that no matter how many notes or customizations I put they don’t follow it. But now to physically see food being made so filthy is just a complete turn off and definitely does not make me want to eat and this location or Taco Bell at all anymore. I definitely think a lot of retraining and cleanliness courses need to be done! I also feel that they need to have more strict and firm management that can deal with problems like this and make them correct. I am very frustrated and want someone to reach out to me regarding this matter as I want this situation taken care of before someone else gets sick from this.

Then Service and everything was not the greatest. The food is the fast-paced is but one lady that was working there would not give me 1 drink when I did order 4 of them with meals, but I only needed 1 drink and most places will only give me 1 drink when I ask for it.

Unfortunately, we came at a very busy lunch hour so we were going to eat in the dinning area, however, we ran out of time and as we got our food, we ended up having to take it to go. The food was as great as any good Taco Bell and I was impressed with the “plug in” strip they had going through the center of the main big table to charge or work from. It was a good experience but my recommendation is to not go when they are busy because, well, you will wait. If you have time to wait during lunch rush, I envy you!

One night a few of us went in to grab some food. As someone who has worked fast food, I could tell they were trying to clean up a bit but they were kind in dealing with us, even the ones who were talking a bit on the louder side. There was a few manchilds that came in and were tussling in the lobby and knocking chairs over. Two of the workers broke it up and kicked them out, which was extremely deserved.
When I got home I realized I had lost one of my earrings throughout the night and of any of the locations I may have lost it I hoped it was inside the taco bell. Thankfully when I called they were able to locate it and I was able to swing by and grab it the next day.
Even though I know some customers can be absolutely terrible, I hope they know how appreciated they are

So I ordered breakfast from here today and along with it I ordered an Iced Cinnabon Delights coffee. The food was fine, however the coffee was absolutely horrible. This is a regular item I order and usually it’s slightly sweet but not an overbearing taste of a cinnamon roll. Today however, I drank the most vile thing I’ve ever consumed. I will say I’m not a black coffee fan and I wish that’s what this tasted like. No, this coffee tasted like black coffee with 100 pounds of malic acid mixed in it. This was the most sour/bitter concoction I’ve ever had the displeasure of tasting. Absolutely disappointed in this location today. This happens quite a bit, but it has never tasted worse then what I drank today. Managers, please for the love of God never serve up something to anything else ever like I had today. Yall need to teach your employees the correct way to make this because, wow was that drink atrocious. I felt sick to my stomach after 2 sips and my husband who is a black coffee fan tried it and ran to our kitchen sink to spit it out. Hopefully we don’t get sick from this. The only reason this review is 3 stars is because the food bumps my rating up 3 stars. Coffee -10/10
