All the food was okay, except the ribs on the BBQ Tray. They were over cooked and kinda chewy and dry.
Our server was buzzing around so quick and rushing, she knocked a drink over on our table then had attitude the rest of the visit, like it was our fault.

Chilis is our go-to place when we can’t agree on another restaurant; it always satisfies both of us. This time, we decided to celebrate Halloween there. The staff was all dressed up and had a lot of fun with the day. I started with the Witches Brew margarita, which was a bit too sweet for my taste, but otherwise delicious. At $6, it was a great price. We started with the dip trio, and my husband took advantage of the three for me deal. The mozzarella sticks are always a hit here, and the cheese pull was phenomenal once again. I love the chicken tenders and always ask for the honey chipotle on the side to keep them crispy. My husband ordered the Old Timer, which is hands down his favorite burger. Our food arrived quickly and hot. Our server, who was dressed up as Deadpool, was friendly, made recommendations, and checked on us throughout our meal. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Love the zoo it is amazing for kids and adults the animals are amazing and friendly also well trained. The food is amazing and the train ride around the park is really fun. It has a lot of animals some that you never seen before it is amazing hope it opens soon.

The food was really really good. We had amazing service, and the atmosphere was great. Our server, Austin, was the best server we’ve seen in a long time. Our mozzarella sticks came out a little cold and he immediately got us new ones. We ordered extra chips for our apps, he forgot (we did too), but he made the extra effort at the end to make sure we got what we ordered, even though we were already very pleased with our experience already. A very strong recommendation from us!

Today my husband and 2 young children went for an early lunch. I get that restaurants get busy but we ordered our food about 20 minutes after we sat down. Then our waitress came to check on us which is great but we didn’t receive our food yet. She came by 2 times before we even got our food. Then we were done eating and we asked for a box and our bill since we were paying with cash. She came back with our box but no bill. We asked 2 times for it then we look over and she is taking a large tables food order. Which I get you are busy but we asked 2 times. We finally paid at our table with a card and left.

Ordered through DoorDash, my first time. I was really excited as several people had recommended this place to me and said the food was amazing and while I agree that it definitely had potential, receiving what amounted to a raw hamburger patty killed it for me. I definitely won’t be eating here again and I strongly encourage others to make sure that their food items are fully cooked.

Jill was the absolute best waitress ever and was super patient with my wife and kids! The food was hot and fresh and she came back with refills the second our drink was finished. I never write reviews but Jill truly deserved one.

This was my first experience at Chili’s, and I had really high hopes! I was so excited to try the margaritas and the Triple Dipper I kept seeing all over the internet, and we decided to go for my partner’s birthday. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t a great experience.
The mozzarella sticks were hard and cold. Normally we don’t say anything, but since this was our first time and we were excited to try them specifically, we politely mentioned it to our server. She seemed annoyed, which caught us off guard. She took the plate (rightfully so) and brought back one new mozzarella stick… but it wasn’t any better. Yes, it was hot this time, but it was so hard and burnt that the cheese was still stiff, almost like they just re-dropped an old stick in the fryer. It was honestly awful and really disappointing.
Our server seemed annoyed with us for the rest of the meal after that request. It made things feel uncomfortable.
One bright spot was the male host. He checked in on us at one point, and when I asked if he was the manager, he laughed and said he was “just the oldest.” He was friendly, attentive, and honestly made the experience feel a little better.
On another positive note, the margaritas were amazing, and the BBQ combo—especially the ribs—was pretty good. It’s just unfortunate that the beginning of the meal started the way it did, especially on a birthday outing.

Terribly expensive there now. Ever since they simplified the menu this place is no longer worth going to. Not to mention you have to pay $5 dollars extra for a decent side. The ones that are free are only fries, steamed broccoli, beans, and rice. No mash potatoes unless you wanna pay for them. Pretty ridiculous. Plus they asked if I wanted Guacamole and queso with my faijtas and didnt tell me it would be extra. Stupidly said yes without asking if it would be more and bam $7.00 extra bucks. The faijtas for two also is basically like the ordinary one for one person. Not enough meat at all. Dont go here unless you want to be fleeced. I understand things are expensive but the sneaky way you guys charge people extra is ridiculous.
