I frequent this TB often. Its on my way home. I have always had a good experience. The team is awesome! The food is well priced and well put together. I have really enjoyed the app lately and have gotten free tacos that way. I love this TB!

Employees are unprofessional, food is often either missing or wrong, or the burrito you got has all the ingredients off to one side so you bite into tortilla and cheese/sour cream. This morning I ordered only a sausage burrito ended up with a potato burrito. Wait times are also usually bad. Ive had to wait 20 minutes for 2 cars in the drive thru before. Ive seen one of the managers outside just talking to people instead of working, one time yelling at a kid (likely his). Go to any other taco bell before this one. The management is absolutely atrocious and the managers all need to be fired

I visited this Taco Bell around 1:27 AM, and I was told that employees are not supposed to be pulling cars in the drive-thru. However, I watched three cars get pulled ahead, and then they pulled mine as well. I don’t think it’s fair for some employees to get in trouble for pulling cars while others continue doing it anyway.
On top of that, my food was dropped in the lobby around 1:33 AM, and instead of remaking it, they still brought it out to me. That’s really concerning.
This location used to be a 4.3-star spot, and now it’s down to 3.6 stars—and after this visit, I can see why. Something is definitely going on here, and the quality and consistency have gone downhill.
I really hope management steps in and gets this store back to the standard it used to have.

Jan2024 A couple of $5 Chalupa Craving boxes were good, clean dinning area, and toilet is very clean! Best of all, the lady cashier is very friendly for a fast food chain.

The combo box didnt even come in a box and we got multiple of them, and all the food was unlabeled so we had to open up all our food items to tell what it was. Also, it was freezing and the AC was cold and its 40* outside. The food tasted great and the service was fine, its just these things.

Well, this was an experience to say the least. I’m up early so I thought I’d write this review. My roommate and I used the Taco Bell mobile app last night thinking that it would get us a better deal and that we may possibly get our food faster. Honestly, we had low expectations but holy cow did they manage to somehow lower it. We pulled into the drive through. From there we were told to make a u-turn to find a waiting spot on the other side of the building. All good so far. We then waited and watched as 9+ other cars pulled off with their orders, including a few cars that were also told to go to the food-waiting spots. All of these cars arrived after us and left before us. And yes, our order was super basic. So that wasn’t the issue. But honestly I feel bad for them too because they also waited longer than anyone should for fast food. We all factually would’ve received our food faster at a sit down restaurant. But under-staffing happens I guess. We finally got our food, and of course several parts of the order ended up being wrong, including many of the extras we paid for. At this point we didn’t even expect there to be edible food in the bag, so this was a win. The fact that it wasn’t just fried deer hooves was a godsend. Though we weren’t looking at the clock, my roommate and I figured that we waited about 40 minutes for our food from when we entered it into the app (right before we pulled into the drive through). I did feel bad for the girl running out to deliver food to all the cars because it seemed like she was doing everything by herself. But that’s still the franchise’s fault for obviously under-staffing and under-paying employees. She also got one of our drinks wrong but at this point we were just happy it wasn’t poisoned. There should be no reason a million/billion dollar company can’t properly staff a store that makes them boat loads of money. No hate to anyone working that night. Unless they were fully staffed and some of them were just slacking off. Definitely not the girl working the drive-through and running food to cars. Do better TB.

Tanya went above & beyond to give me the best service! She was complimentary & kind. Engaged me in pleasant conversation while my order was being made. The food was perfect and fast. I will definitely be returning to this location!

Food took over 15 minutes to get out and they weren’t even busy at the time. You’d think for as much as the employees were talking, they could get more done. Not to mention their language was unacceptable. Every other word was a cuss word and I’m not normally one to complain about language, but this was excessive. Kids come into this resturant and it’s inappropriate and unprofessional.

This is the best Taco Bell in Sioux Falls. I know its fast food, but the team at this location puts together a consistent product and they’re always friendly.

The worst Taco Bell in this town. Ordered a chili cheese burrito with sour cream and extra cheese, no cheese, no sour cream. Called to let them know, no answer. So, now I let everyone know what horrible service this location has. What a joke…
