I frequent this establishment, and this happens over and over again, not too happy about being sent home with charred burritos that were $15. Along with the fact that I had to cut them open and transfer them to a new tortilla, to find out the extra nacho cheese I paid for, was not there. I can’t trust these guys to make my food anymore, so I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Also, if you’re having a rush, may be worth the investment to have more than one soda station.

Missing 3 items from our order. The items they did put in bag were thrown in upside down and taco wasn’t even wrapped. I had to scrap the items out of the bag & refill the soft shell. The chips for the nachos were not even in the bags, just dumped. The workers couldn’t be bothered to make the food, it was just social hour.

Everything i got was cold, Three burritos. One of them the cheesy double beef burrito was falling apart in the wrapper. Two chili cheese burritos were 95% tortilla. The chicken nuggets, well those were horrible i got the bottom of the bag and didnt even get a nugget, they were all tiny and only breading and hard as rock. I dont know what is happening at this location but it is very bad and slow. I threw away 18 dollars worth of food and went to McDonalds and i hate McDonalds. This place needs to be fixed immediately.

I love having to go up twice with a mess up multiple times I had to go up a third time but gave up. Never come here at night. Worst experience ever. Omg. Missing items wrong items extra items I didnt even order and NASTY quality.

I eat here frequently. I usually dont write reviews but It was so dirty today. All tables and floors dirty. Windows smeared with handprints with food. Garbage on counter where you get your pop. Had a bad smell. Hope they can get it cleaned up more often. Hope kitchen isn’t like this.

The location in brainerd MN absolutely sucks. I paid extra for chips and cheese and a Doritos locos taco and didn’t receive either of those items . I am highly allergic to tomatoes and I asked for no tomatoes and got it on all of my food items . I didn’t receive any of my modifications such as adding onions to my items and removing the tomatoes as said before . All of my food items were cold and hard as a rock that it was not even edible . I ended up having to throw away my entire order and will never be coming back . I will drive out of town just for Taco Bell after this experience . The staff also needs to be talked to about poor service . You could hear them playing around in the background over the speaker and I waited 10 min to receive my food . Not to mention the store manager what also working at the time .

Made a doordash pickup order on the way to the restaurant. After waiting in the parking lot I got a notification that my food was ready at 1:05. I go in and don’t get my food until 1:33, another guy who was there before me was waiting to pick up a doordash delivery order and he just gave up after I got my food before he got his. All this while employees entered and exited multiple times right past us, while it was 7 degrees outside making us very cold each time they exited. Very disappointed

We dont often write bad reviews, and if they got our order close to completely correct once, I could chalk it up to a busy rush or a mistake. However, we have received almost the completely wrong order with our name on it the last two times, even when it was not that busy. They gave us half of our order and half of someone else’s, and every single time we go, they forget the drinks. Which by itself is no big deal, but coupled with everything else, it becomes infuriating. The first time, they forgot 2 items and got the other two wrong, and when we asked for one of the items to please be remade, it was wrong as well. They didn’t ask for the order, just the item. This time, they were out of sour cream, and the beans that were put on the taco were completely dry, like a crunchy powder. On top of that, only 3 of our 10 items were correct, and 3 other items were completely missing. Unfortunately it might be better to order takeout from Poncho and Lefties next door than to eat at this Taco Bell. Please get your staff on the same page and stop screwing around!
