I can’t say enough nice things about the staff at this Taco Bell location. We were having an awful day through no fault of Taco Bell‘s (completely our fault), and the young lady who was running the counter was so helpful and kind and took care of us way above and beyond what she needed to do. She turned a bad situation for us into a really wonderful day. I could see everyone in the restaurant hustling like crazy getting orders out because they were getting slammed, but even so we got our food quickly and it was really good. I’ll make a point to come back to this location again and again!

Steer clear this Taco Bell in favor of the one by hwy 14! The staff are hella rude, toss drinks across the counter at you with attitude for having to come help you. Food is always made terrible, looks like it got stepped on before they bring it out. Not once is there order accurate, always have to eat something I didn’t order or go without and toss it. We’ve called, complained, given feedback. It never improves. Save your money y’all. The tacos pictured were suppose to be just meat, peep the sour cream bath it got instead.

This location is always awful after 9pm. Tonight was no exception. I ordered while in line at the drive thru at 10:03 (after waiting 5 mins). Then the line stopped moving altogether. At that point I was trapped in the queue. 10:36 I finally get up to the speaker and they tell me for my one taco and chili cheese burrito they’re going to make me wait 30 more minutes because they’re too busy filling orders for door dash and in store orders! I told them I ordered over 30 mins ago already & he told me it would be 30 more. Avoid this place and go to Sioux Road in Mankato, they’re always on point. This location is always a mess. Save yourself the headache of this location!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited over 40 mins for our food and the service was awful. They were so rude and it was hard to get someone’s attention. Also every single table was dirty and garbage was overflowing. They also forgot our drinks and messed up our order. Absolutely do not recommend especially if you’re expecting quick food.

The order is often messed up, wether they forget a taco or sauce or cutlery, but the thing that is the most unbearable is the amount of times they have had a 45-60 minute drive through line with less than 6 cars in the line. I have no idea if it’s just poorly run or what, and the employees are often very nice, but god above I can’t fathom how it takes 45 minutes to get through 6 drive through orders.

I never, ever leave reviews but the interior was so badly remodeled that being inside literally made me want to die.
As anyone who is reading this and has gone there from the date of this review onward can tell, The inside of this now seems more like a concentration camp, or a literal gulag instead of a place where you eat tacos.
There’s absolutely no cushioning on the seats and the LED lights in the ceiling made me want to actually gouge my eyes out. Which is actually smart by the company because when you get your food you feel like an animal locked in a cage so you want to eat as fast as possible and get out.
Eating there now especially during the dark, made me feel like some crazed lunatic was going to come out of nowhere to steal my kidneys and my food.
There are so many tablets to order from right where you get in that it clogs up the entrance, so that’s fun. (This is sarcasm)
Also, I can not give any blame to the employees for making their orders slow and badly because how can you even have morale when the whole place you work at feels like an evil laboratory where you’re the specimen instead of an employee at a taco restaurant?

Every time I go to this Taco Bell I order the same thing but every time I get my food it’s different. So disappointing and frustrating! Even been told they don’t have this item but it’s just a hard shell taco substitute chicken and add onions and avocado ranch! Pretty basic I think!
