We always come to this location for buffet.
This location is always clean, there’s a gentleman who cleans up the tables and he’s very welcoming and very kind.
The play area is very well maintained, you could just smell the cleanliness of the area.

First time at this location, not sure I’ll be coming back. Invited by my cousin to enjoy their lunch buffet, but we both forgot it was President’s day and kids were off!! Apparently he’s been there before and the atmosphere was ok, but this day was rivaling a Saturday afternoon. There were crying babies everywhere, lines at the buffet bar and just not enough good selections to make up for all that other stuff. ♂️ Maybe, just maybe, I’ll try the lunch buffet again, but at a different location. I’d like to compare to CiCis.

I visited this place yesterday afternoon and thought it’ll be great for my baby’s birthday party (especially because of the big birthday balloons they have). Unfortunately, they are low staffed so the service is bad. When I was speaking with the manager he seemed rude to me but I thought it was only in my head until another lady told him he was super rude and he shouldn’t be there if he was doing to treat people like that (he was also rude to her). I felt bad and wanted to leave right after but the other staff that was there started helping me and was more courteous. I will be going back this weekend to give this place another try (especially since the location is good for our birthday party) and if things change, I’ll update my review.
P.s. For birthday parties they don’t allow you to tape anything which is pretty disappointing too

Divine was the person who took care of my pick up order. As soon as I walked in he acknowledge me, while the other staff continued to talk and ignored those waiting. He smiled, was extremely polite, read my order back to me and showed me my food before handing it to me. Already had the cheese and pepper packets ready before I could ask for them. This right here is a great example of phenomenon customer service! I have worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and this is exactly what I expect when interacting with others in the same industry! He went above and beyond. Setting the bar very high for the other employees! Good job Divine!

I went for the lunch buffet which is about $10 for an adult. The selection was excellent, even having two dessert pizzas available and a salad bar. The location was clean, with the music being not too loud but still audible. The pizza is excellent quality with a wide variety of toppings available. I saw pineapple, jalapeno, and spinach on my first pass. Rare options on a buffet in my experience. The arcade area was fun and not too expensive. I put $5 on a play card and was happy with the number of game plays that bought me. I even got a prize from the prize counter. A cute little army man figurine like the ones I wanted as a child. I finally have one. I will likely return to get the rest of the set.
The employees were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about their area of work.
The dessert pizzas are excellent. I tried both on this visit. The crust of both are soft but firm. The cinnamon one was not too sweet but didn’t have an excess of cinnamon & the strawberry one was superb. Sweet, soft, with a crumbly topping. Definitely my favorite of the two.
The salad bar is lovely with fresh veggies and a nice selection of dressings. It offered both croutons & sunflower seeds for crunch & the cucumber pieces hadn’t been out long enough to go glassy, so they were fresh indeed. I was very happy with the salad I built for myself.
Also, for those who care about this, during my visit they did have Cherry Coke available from the soda fountain.

Not to many people were there. Its Sunday. We have a good time. The pizza was extremely tasty today. The management and staff did well. They ask how we’re doing and picked up our plates. Usually we don’t get that type of service. My 4yr also got a free pixie stick. We had access to all the games. This is the best time to go. There is also an ATM just in case you need to make a with draw. The T.V. screens are in the middle of the room in the ceiling. Perfect view for a Spurs game. Beer is available.

As seen in pictures the mugs are dirty pitcher has a bug and slime on it. Also never got my answer to my order. 2play packs and only got 1 card when it States each one comes with two cards. Felt like lady that helped didn’t want to and felt forced. Guy management didn’t say much as he looked up and saw what my argument was about. Customer are sometimes not always right but when it’s plain in sight what can be done about it. Today nothing. Couldn’t even order another pichter cause didn’t know if it was gonna be clean. Went thru about 7 mugs also

Marbach location . Went for a child’s adaption party. Kids had a great time. Was not too crowded last working the prize counter was really nice and patient.
Facility was clean and pizza was great. Beer mugs are pretty small, I guess they don’t want people getting to crazy.
