Is it just me but when you order anything that has beef and refried beans in it, each are on different sides of ‘said’ taco? Not evenly distributed in the shell so that every bite you take is’nt consistent to what you ordered? It’s very discouraging.

Really enjoy the chicken power bowl and steak burrito supreme have ordered both 3 times in the last month. 1st time asked for packets hot sauce (got none) also no fork for power bowl. 2nd time asked for hot sauce (should have checked) no sauce no fork. 3rd time waited til I got to the window to ask for sauce (after I got my drink) guess what no sauce no no fork (once again guess I should have checked). How would your workers think someone would eat a bowl of food without a tool. Time to check and see if the help there has a attention span longer then a gnat.

Ordered a pickup, waited 15 minutes to go pick it up just to find out when I get there it wasn’t even accepted or processed yet, waited another 15 minutes for my food, when they put a door dash order up the girl said “this isn’t yours it’s for door dash”……it said door dash on the receipt, didn’t get the drink I ordered either, people on their phones and not working, also took them 5 minutes when they were dead to ask me if I was waiting for a pick up

I got two Cheesy Gordita Crunch tacos and one of them had a cardboard holder inside of it (see photo). The Mountain Dew was mostly carbonation and very little flavor. The nacho fries were good at least.

Me and my boyfriend order the same thing, almost everytime we come here. We’ve worked here before, but come on. Never had a problem with our orders until recently. Put Chipotle sauce and onions in the wraps we specifically said not to. This happens constantly. We understand fast food work can be hard, but this was such a simple order and at the slowest time of the place too, only one other car was there ordering. Can’t believe how downhill it’s gotten Edit: they sent us a coupon for one free item which was nice but all I wanted was a chicken quesidlla with no jalapeño sauce. They still messed it up and put the sauce in ♀️
