We went through the drive thru today on our way back home and had a large order. We ordered 29 items which also at least half of them were specialized. Our food came out Hot and in a very timely manner. Nothing on our order was wrong and all of our hardshells were not smashed and there was not a missing item. This was hands down one of the best experiences I ever had with a Taco Bell!! Thank You Very Much!!

Interesting when thete are 3 out of 5 employees on a Sunday who come up to the front register to do other “orders” while you’re the only one in line but don’t ask to help you or say they’ll be right with you. Or st the same time the ones who are making food for themselves and don’t get another employees attention to help you.

I have come through multiple times at multiple different times throughout the day from 2025 to 2026. I think maybe once they forgot my side of guacamole which I know Taco Bell doesn’t serve much and I think another time I had some rude service other than that this Taco Bell comes through every time The workers there get whats needed to be done and they get the customers their food in a timely and proper manner, I probably have given them some of the most complicated and complex online mobile orders and every time it comes through correct and amazing. I know this is just Taco Bell but this is a great Taco Bell. Whoever the management is here they deserve raise!

I’m allergic to tomatoes, every time I request no tomoatoes. Everytime, there’s tomatoes. They’re either just not reading the orders or not doing proper quality checks. I either way, neither should be done because folks have ALLERGIES. Not trying to die from a tomato has never been difficult until now lol

C’mon, the hard shells are paper thin. They’re now just impossible to take one bite without the whole taco falling apart. Last three times have been bad.. like no steak in the taco.. how-is that forgotten? Both of them

I pulled up for a dash, ALWAYS have to wait 20 minutes because they don’t even have my order started. I skipped the speaker just to pick up the delivery and got yelled at by the girl in the pony tail. Just saying, I’m 18 and this ladies like 40 something and all her coworkers are laughing in the background loll. Like for real get a life, working at Taco Bell she Instantly came off rude saying I cut everybody in line and need to go to the back when I was already waiting in line for 20 minutes, just skipped the speaker because everyone already honking for their food. The pony tailed girl said I ain’t special and that I don’t have any common sense and this and that. Yelled at her because who treats a customer like that? If they just told me nicely to stop by the speaker next time I wouldve apologized and listened. Theres only 4 people in line and they’re so backed up for what? They have a full staff working but anytime I look into the kitchen half of them are just standing around. They just need a whole new staff cause it’s ridiculous. Never ever buying or delivering food from there again, a waist of time and money.

This place acts like they’re going to go broke if they fill the nacho cheese cups full. Seriously it’s less than half full Everytime. Other than that though they’re pretty good for Winona fast food
Update: Got a crunch wrap supreme and there was one small bit of meat in it. I don’t understand why they’re penny pinching like this.
