I will only eat at 2 fast food places & this is one of them. This drive thru ia always so fast that there is rarely a line. The food is HOT & FRESHLY made & usually ready before I have money ready to hand over. Great job to the staff & management at this TB!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I usually like going to this location because the service is good and the food quality is good. I work late nights so when I miss dinner I usually like to stop here and get something to eat. I ordered 2 potato tacos and a 2 soft taco. I gotta say I was very disappointed. They forgot half my order and the food they DID remember was possibly the worst I have ever seen. If I could give -0 I would 31.12 to come a block away home get here food is colder then my drink. Manager was rude nobody in line but me and my kids oh you can bring it back, why would I want to be further inconvenienced? Ripped off AGAIN! Hadn’t been to this location in months? Years? as I intentionally avoid it due to missing items. I figured it’s been a while so give it another chance as I was driving by and in a hurry. Wow what a coincidence! Missing chicken bacon ranch chalupa! Not a cheap item! Instead they packed a half pound of sauce probably to offset the weight to fool me when they handed me the bag! Someone here is scamming and taking money from the register!

I paid extra for chicken instead of steak on the Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito Combo but I received steak instead of chicken I am missing tortilla chips on the Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco Meal they sent two nacho cheese sauce . The Nacho Fries I received was cold and dry and very hard to bite into I had ordered it for my toddler who is three years old and wanted to eat it . I place my order at 9:47pm and the store took over 25 minutes to prepare my order and my dasher who got there to pick up my food. Stated they had him waiting there while they prepare the food . I tried to call the store twice ! To let them know about the screw up on my order . No one answered . I’ll be in the store Monday to speak with the GM.

Please bring back the chili cheese burritos. Without them, we don’t patron Taco Bell. We like other menu items, but the chili cheese burritos are what bring us there.
Also, why do you guys have to play games with that menu item all the time? We are willing to pay the crazy high $3.99 per burrito price, which is literally just chili, cheese, and a tortilla. It has to be a high ROI menu item. So disappointed.

Tried to get one of those chicken cantina tacos with the cheese on the side… the taco wasn’t even made correctly had almost nothing in it. After two bites I gave up… this is probably the 4th attempt at getting this from this location and I thought dining in would at least give me a better shot at getting what I ordered. … I guess not. I’ll just go to taco bell beyond pay the extra mo ey to have my food ride an elevator … maybe they can get the order correct and make the food correctly.
