A little pricey, but that has always been. Although the customer service was excellent, I will pay the few extra dollars to stay away from McDonald’s. Arby’s did a good job, the ChordonBlue is very good vert my wife liked her roast beef sandwich. We ordered out but we watched inside and the employees did a very nice job. The restaurant is working really hard to keep up business competing with the the other businesses surrounding them, it is the oldest restaurant in that area.

It’s always nice when you have to repeat yourself three different times at the screen and they still don’t get the order correct and failed to even give me my receipt which ultimately caused me another issue when I went to get my order fixed. Somehow, it always becomes the customer‘s fault. It just doesn’t seem like anybody knows what’s going on at this location

The manager at this store needs to learn better people skills or he has an attitude towards white people. I asked if they offered military discount and all he said was do you have an ID. He acted like it was coming out of his pocket and was very hateful about it. I won’t be bringing my business back there again. I’ll drive up to Radcliffe where they are much friendlier.

Not sure what I got. Put sauce on in car to soak bread so could eat when got home. Took a bite and tasted like crumbled meat. Open the sandwich and as you see this looks like dog food i immediately spit the bite i was eating into bag. Contacted hq immediately. I do not recommend this Dixie location.

They never get the Orders right and when you talk to the manager you are all of the sudden wrong for there wrong doing ! This will be the last time I ever go to this location I ordered a club wrap and this was in it and the only reason why I knew it was there is because I choked on this piece of plastic!

I visited arby’s on dixie highway last night, 7/12/22 around 9pm. i got home, started eating, looked down and there is mold all over the bun… so disgusted i didn’t even eat my food, so i saved it in a bag with my receipt. tried calling the store multiple times and NO RESPONSE. ridiculous. horrible service.. DO BETTER! did a comment form as well- NO RESPONSE.

There is one very feminine gentleman and he had an attitude problem but everyone else did a great job.. we eat there just about every night for the last few weeks.
