I dont normally do food place reviews, let alone a fast food. BUT this Taco Bell has been consistently good everytime ive ordered. I have a taco bell right down the street in EP and id still choose Edina over anything. I have only ever gotten delivery so i cant speak on anything else. That being said, even with it being delivered it still tastes so good?! Never eating EP tbell again.

I literally eat one item here and I have now been robbed of my food and money twice!! If you can’t get the grilled cheese burrito with steak right, take it off your menu. I just spent 20 dollars on 2 burritos that ripped to shreds because someone thought you are supposed to grill the paper to the cheese….. I’m glad I had the longest day ever and I just wanted something fast to eat. I’m going to get some cereal now.

Visited on 01/12/2026, I used the drive through. The guy didn’t speak up so I ended up repeating myself too many times to count. I did tell him to speak up after I got to the window. He said okay. Anyways, ordered 2 chicken quesadillas add jalapeño’s. This was the DRYEST most hard quesadilla. The chicken inside was dry as all get out. The tortilla was HARD. Like crunching on bricks. I was so upset.

Every time I come to this location I pay for a well-deserved burrito and they always forget it and they just can’t be reckless every single time I’ve gone here it’s seven times and they still forget items that you ordered. They are the worst at listening and they really need to change their business tactics to actually listen to the people when they order what a waste of money.

Two giggly girls got my order wrong. Did not discover the wrong order until I got home. The only thing they got right was the Chicken Quesadilla, the Nachos BelGrande and the two sour creams I ordered. I wanted two enchiladas with Frank’s Red Hot and instead I got two Chicken Strip Frank Tacos. I was asked if I wanted extra hot sauce I said no and when I got home I had about a dozen packets of hot sauce. Never had a problem at this location before. Guess I better start checking my order before pulling away from the pick up window!!!

The service was welcoming and friendly. Food was less than averagely made as my steak cantina burrito was mostly tortilla with minimal fillings. The first one I ever had at another locations was appropriately filled for taco bell. Here, it’s like they forgot that burritos are round, not flat. At least the joint was clean. However, my son desperately needed to use the restroom, but the men’s room was locked. He waited patiently, but no one came out. Finally, and employee overheard us talking about the bathroom situation and he said that the men’s room is out of order. They really should’ve put up a sign. My child would’ve been willing to use the women’s restroom earlier upon my advice. He waited because he was trying to follow the rules of the gender labeled bathrooms. Please put up a sign if something is out of order.

I want seriously management to review this incident. If they will not review it them unfortunately I required to report it to headquarters and take legal action on this taco bell.
On February 10 at 11.59 pm I ordered vegetarian Mexican pizza. He gave us pizza and we left , we checked and came back because it was beef and we are pure vegetarian so we cannot eat it.
At 12:01 on February 11 we told guy that you gave us the wrong pizza and this is happening at this tacobell again and again . The guy who was making came at the window and used bad words and closed window on our face instead of resolving the issue.
I have video dash cam as well. If management needs more information I can provide it but atleast please check your restaurant camera’s during that time and review your employees behavior and how rude he was with customers.
If more information needed I can provide that from my car dash cam.
Atleast don’t keep employee like This who doesn’t do their job moreover rude to all customers.
I will go to Richfield but will never come back again to this branch and if no action will taken from management side I will take it to Taco bell headquarters.
Note- Purposely he didn’t gave me the receipt so I cannot see his name. I asked for it twice and he closed the window.

The service was very good, quick, and CORRECT. I can’t say how many taco bells I have been to, but this is the first one in years to actually get my order correct and in a timely manner. The women working here were very kind and obviously hard workers.

The worse customer service ever. There was a lady who had a bald fade and she didn’t say a word. She was also ignoring me when I tried to tell her I was given the wrong drink. If you aren’t happy with your job, leave! Leave your personal issues at the door. I don’t tolerate disrespect. I won’t ever go back to this location!
