Just tried going there at 9:45 today. Can’t even rate the food or service because we waited in the empty drive through, saw that there were two cars in the parking lot assuming they were employees. Went to the ordering screen and waited about 5-10 minutes saying hello, and we’re ready to order. No response. I was tempted to walk in and order food inside but I decided that it wasn’t worth my time at that point.

Tables were absolutely disgusting, food all over the floor. An apparent employee (who was not working that night) was loud and obnoxious. Staff doesn’t really seem to care about their jobs, one employee even bragging he left his shift two hours early knowing that the place was a mess! Would not recommend!

I frequently go to this location and it was pretty decent up until this point but they seem to be getting worse i ask for no lettuce because my friend is allergic to it they get rashes/hives because of it so I always ask for no lettuce and this is not ok it has happened twice now.

Really nice, new restaurant. There was someone out cleaning or stocking the whole time we were there. Our order was correct and freshly made. The staff was helpful and friendly. Nice atmosphere for family and friends. Food was really good! Will definitely visit again. So happy to have a Taco Bell close to home.

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell since they opened. Tonight was one of those nights I felt like I HAD to leave a review. My friends & I have been out celebrating a friend all day & we didn’t take care of ourselves drinking and got a little too over the top from the lack of food. We pulled up to Taco Bell 4 min till close. Something we would never do as we are service workers and know it’s ’annoying“ but we NEEDED this. Heather took our order, treated us with respect, had a conversation with us, and dealt with us adding more after we paid. She is an exemplary person and was happy to make sure we get fed. Something we really appreciate! Heather my friends and I would love to say thank you to you and your team again! We will definitely be back!

Stopped late night. Went in so we could read the menu and we were approached by several employees checking in us. We needed to read the menu and decide what to eat. Punched it in the kiosk. Quick service. Good satisfactory for fast food. It’s Taco Bell. Is what it is.

Wonderful customer service. The woman took our order right at the front counter and didn’t expect us to use the kiosk. Was friendly upon entering and exiting. Food was fast and piping hot. Definitely my new favorite location.

I just ordered an online order waited I want to say about an hour in line and that’s what I’m coming home with I asked for no jalapeno sauce and that’s the first thing I noticed as I was ripping it open and they actually put lettuce on a quesadilla and they never cut it. My last time going to this one a lot of places are this bad. COVID has changed everything
