Ok this place is awesome. It is awesome for two reasons in my view. 1. Is that you can just grab the cup you paid for with ease. No waiting or asking for a cup that paid for. 2. What is most important for me and fellow dairy free people is that they have a dedicated container for Almond Milk for your coffee. At this Panera you do not have to feel bad or pay more money to get some dairy free milk. It’s way better than Starbucks where you have to pay. If I lived around here this would be my spot for coffee. For food Panera needs to step up their game on that.

I’m not gonna hate on the employees necessarily. I suspect they’re doing the best they can. The store has just gone downhill so much in the last couple years. The store is tired looking and it’s desperately in need of a remodel. The order process is not user friendly. If you think you can order from a human inside the store, think again. The food looks like airline food. What have you done to this place? Sad. McAllisters is better, cleaner and less expensive.

ive gone to this location several times and each time i waited a good 20-30 minutes for my order. i would assume the food that i order takes a while to make, but the other location in denton usually has a 5-10 minute wait for the same stuff…. so whats the deal? i was beyond frustrated when, the other day, i ordered two very simple things and i never received them because i waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and nobody had even taken my payment. im 99% sure they forgot i was there so i drove off. ill be sure to visit the other store from now on.

Quick breakfast stop with my son. We both ordered the breakfast sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on ciabatta roll. It was done perfectly and absolutely delicious. The pricing ($6.19) was a bit high when you can get a footlong from Subway for about $1 more. The M&M cookie was the perfect top off to our meal. Super friendly employee who prepared our sandwiches. He was polite and a happy fellow!

went through drive through. very disappointed they dont have balsamic dressing anymore. very limited salad choices. BUT I ordered a Green Smoothi. I use to order these all the time and made them myself when I worked there. This one was disgusting 3 sips and threw it away. It tasted off. I dont even know how to describe it really. maybe somebody got a little spinach happy because it was way darker than normal but also mix tasted off. but that could be because all I could taste was the super earthy flavor. very disappointed. Didnt taste it until I was already down the road on way back to work. Drive thru person though was super nice.

This is a restaurant that will not appreciate the older person that goes in to spend money. You had a person in your kitchen with green hair, that treated my 70 year old husband like a piece of trash that blew in off the street. It was horrible, we now consider this place a Denton Dump, and will be sharing our horrible horrible experience with everyone we know. If you don’t want senior citizens coming into your restaurant and spending money, then please put a big sign outside the front door telling us to stay away, don’t bring us into your restaurant and then treat us like trash and take our money.
