If I could give zero points I would. First the guy who prepared my nachos bell grande forgot to put the ground beef then I had already gotten home so I called over the phone and the girl who answered the phone was so inconsiderate of what happened and then she disconnected the phone and when I called back she didn’t even answer my call again. How very rude service and I won’t be going back there ever again!! They need to learn manners!

I love Taco Bell, especially their friendliness & asking how I’m doing. This particular location seems to have one particular issue for me: this is the 2nd time, ordering different things, that I’ve found my burritos & crunchwraps having a bunch of cheese sauce, sour cream, or avocado type sauce at one end, so you get a mouthfuls at once & none with the rest.
