For the past three years, every time I buy food from here. It is soggy, the tortillas breaks on the bottom and everything falls out. If you ask for ingredients off or on they get an attitude. And it is always made sloppy like they hate their jobs. Terrible customer service, terrible food. Do better or I’m calling your corporate to investigate your ignorance. End of story

You will be lucky if you get fresh food from here let alone and ounce of decent customer service. Getting fresh food is like pulling teeth. The night crew loves passing out old fries and making you drive around to add an additional item to your order. Do better! It’s really not that hard! They are so concerned about the drive thru time everything else is non existent smdh

I ordered at 10:39pm the store took 45 mins to bake my order and the taco supreme was maybe a tbls of meat and the hard shell was flat as p pancake and also tbls of meat. Needless to say the quality is horrible and service here is insane. I have gave this issue several times before.

Received these virtually empty hard shell tacos the other night when we needed a quick backup dinner. We laughed pretty hard at how sad they looked, but they were supposed to be part of my 12 year old son’s meal which was not cool. Accuracy at this place is pretty spotty to begin with, but this was a new one. Certainly felt like a waste of my money.

Went to go get some food for my staff working on a Saturday went through the drive-through. They proceeded to tell me I just placed my order online which I did not even place an order so my apologies for the workers that had two large orders this . I was told it was too large of an order, For them to bring it out to me, so I I had to come in. When I got my food, I started double checking it. They kept repeating themselves. It’s all there have a good day, It’s all there Have a good day. I grabbed my stuff and I left definitely will not be back and the two people working on 9/19 at 7:20 AM are extremely rude and probably should not be working in food service.

Usually I get a cantina bowl and am super happy but this location gives you 90% lettuce like they are taking money out of their own pocket. Probably one of the worst Taco Bells in the metro

No complaints. Newer building, very clean and modern. Fully staffed. Food was as expected. They allow no contact ordering and pickup. Get a new cup for refills (covid related?)

Worst customer service ever
Ugh, worst Taco Bell experience EVER! They treat customers like garbage specifically this location I went there to order food , Found all doors locked by 9pm which made me shocked it was still early , asked the workers in there from the window that I wanna order they sign told me to order through the drive thru “Fine”
Ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and it took forever to get my food. When I finally got it, the wrap was soggy and the beef was dry. Asked for a drink and they forgot it TWICE. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping or apologizing specifically their manager a “white lady with curly hair” didn’t want to provide me with her name after asking about it . She was so rude and had anger issues . I mean what do you expect from the workers if they have that kind of manager ?
Definitely won’t be back to this location ever again .
