I never really expect much from taco bell, but good lord. I may have asked for no lettuce or sauce, but I still wanted meat and cheese! Also, the flatbread thing was so stale and dry, it’s like it had been sitting out for a while.

I gotta say from a dasher standpoint this location couldn’t be worse. I have multiple occasions with multiple different employees not acknowledge me when I’m here picking up an order from doordash. Food itself is fine, but no one seems to even keep an eye on the front for guests waiting. By the time I can actually get ahold of someone by essentially screaming to get ones attention, workers respond with, “Oh, no one is working on that order?” Excuse me?.. You get the order and no one is working on it? I understand the world is short on help but if you watched some of the employees here you’d wonder why they even got hired in the first place.

Last 2 times we have gone, they have forgot more than 1 item! This time, my order CLEARLY says Chicken Chalupa, which they charged me 55 cents extra for, they gave me greasy beef! Really greasy beef. All 3 times, the manager has done nothing for us and it is a 15 minute drive each way. If u expect a complete and correct order, do not go to Waconia.

Waited a long time to get service. Tried the new fries. They were lukewarm at best. Took them back for some hot, fresh ones. The worker zapped them in the microwave and gave them back. We didn’t eat them. We will eat there again because we love Taco Bell but if on the fence between 2 restaurants…the other will win next time.

Went to this location at 10:45pm. Used the kiosk to fill out our order. Sat down and about 5 minutes later this lady holding a broom from the kitchen shouts to us, “The lobby closes in 10 minutes, your order will be made to go! Ok!”

I ordered a cheese quasidilla and I got a chicken 1 star. The service was terrible it took 20 minutes to make a stinking cheese quasidilla 1 star. The atmosphere was bad there was one guy just staring at me the whole time 1 star.

I drive up, and always check my items before leaving. It’s something I do at all drive thru’s. The chicken power bowl is amazing with a generous amount of chicken, guacamole and sout cream. The staff is always polite and very fast. You can tell they pride themselves on their work at the Waconia location. One of the few drive through where I feel I get more for my money for the affordable price. I’ve gone to fancy places for power bowls, but this location has the best!

It’s taco bell. I order food, I get the food. I always come between 945-1045pm. Staff has always been friendly, and never missed an item on my orders. Most of these negative reviews are deadass Karen’s or people expecting taco bell to be ran by Gordon Ramsey. I appreciate yall being open when nobody wants to work!!
