Very chill and cozy. I like that there isn’t music blaring. How quiet it is depends on your neighbors, but generally it’s a good place to meet for a date so that you can actually talk. We had one drink (cocktails) and they were good. Service was generally good. I had to go to the bar to pay because I couldn’t get their attention from the table, but that’s not a big deal, we realized that we needed to leave rather quickly and the bartender was apologetic.

Excellent old fashions. Fun and lively service. Great place for a pre-dinner drink.

Small bar located inside the Hotel St. Francis. It’s upscale but laid back and lit mostly by candle or Edison lighting in the evening. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. There’s a small outdoor patio to sit and people watch. I had the smoked sage margarita which I really enjoyed. The cocktails aren’t cheap but are in line with most drink prices in Santa Fe.

Great spot to have drinks, the OLIVES are delicious. Our favorite drink here was the Smoked Sage Margarita, now that is a margarita. Unfortunately the night before we left Santa Fe, we stopped here early before it got busy and who knew toddlers could be in a bar/lounge. Dont think this is appropriate but hey, that my opinion. Other than that, this place is worth checking out for sure while in SF!!!

From the initial sit-down to someone actually acknowledging that we exist – 45 mins. One of us went to the bar to ask how we order. 5 mins later, we ordered.
From ordering to getting our drinks – another 45 mins.
In the meantime, we saw 2-3 tables walking out.
We were on vacation and none of us knew New Mexico bar laws. As usual I bought a bottle of water in (always with me when I travel) and I also was showing the group a whiskey (small version) that I found. I forgot to put it back in my purse. The bartender, in his let the entire town know everything voice, told us rudely that we couldn’t have alcohol and water from outside. If he had said it nicely and little bit more discreet it would have been fine. But the entire town heard him. He came back to clarify but still didn’t use whisper voice.
Either way, left the place by not leaving a tip. I woke up to find a charge on my card with the tip!!! Expect a dispute on that!
Pro: Delicious drinks.
Con: everything else.

Wow, hands down my favorite bar experience in Santa Fe. Tucked away into the St. Francis hotel, Secreto Bar is an absolute treat. Jancarlo and Adam run a superb bar experience with one of a kind cocktails and top notch service. They even infuse their own syrups and liqueurs! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, I’ll be back! Thank you ✨

My sister and I stopped in at Secreto Bar during our girls getaway, and we had an amazing experience! We don’t drink often and definitely don’t have a sophisticated palette for cocktails, but Adam and the other bartender (didn’t catch his name, unfortunately) were incredibly helpful. They took the time to chat with us, sharing their passion for mixology and their craft. We really appreciated how they made us feel comfortable and helped us explore new flavors. Even though we only drink on occasion, we left with a deeper appreciation for the artistry behind every drink. Great vibes, excellent service, and amazing conversation! Highly recommend!

Ambiance. Lively. A bit on the loud side
Service. Friendly and fast. Although the place was packed they attended to us minutes after seating.
Food. Great menu. The crab cakes were divine.
Drinks. Interesting and creatuve menu. Drinks were ok. The Smoked Sage Marg wss not great. Tasted of burnt wood. I guess that that is part of the favor profile but that’s practically all I tasted. I guess that that is part of the favor profile but that’s practically all I tasted. The Licensed to Dill drink was good.
