This Taco Bell is on my way home so I have stopped here many times. Usually the service is great occasionally I’ve had an issue with the Crunchwrap Supreme having a rancid taste. The corn tostada I think sometimes goes off I’ve had this problem at other Taco Bells too. However usually they just replace it or I get something else not a huge deal though come on Taco Bell you can keep your tostadas from going rancid it’s not a pleasant flavor. However tonight I came back and the person at the window was friendly but some other random lady interjected into the conversation where she was not needed or wanted and was very antagonistic and rude. I was surprised because usually this particular Taco Bell has good service. I just ended up ordering a crispy Cantina chicken taco instead. However I’m going to attach a photo of what the chicken taco looks like. This is not what I have come to expect from Taco Bell and wonder if it was because I complain. Honestly all I want is the food that I order that does not taste rancid and I don’t have some random lady with attitude in the speaker and then get a crushed up Taco as a replacement. I’m not asking for above and beyond I’m just asking for what I pay for. Do better.

I order a grilled chicken burrito (wasn’t grilled) combo and a taco salad….. there was hardly any lettuce. There was a tiny scoop of meat there was barely any sour cream, this is horrible preparation of food that I ever seen. I was a manager at taco John’s in Wisconsin and I have never seen food prepared like this. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 15 years, never experienced this until after COVID. I’m not sure if Covid messed up everyone in customer service common sense. This is exactly why I don’t work in the industry.

I thought that they’d have the drink machine fixed after being out of stage for 3 years. The mango brisk never works, the sweet tea is just syrup and the unsweetened tea stung and left my throat dry.

Usually just fine like any other taco bell. Last time I went, they denied us service in the drive through. The employee was rude and said they were closed. It was only about 10:30 pm. We drove out and the customer behind us ordered. Weird.

This is our favorite local Taco Bell and we drive to this one even when one is closer to us because they have all the menu options AND great customer service. Our food is always hot too!

Use to be the best in town. Last 2 times Ive ordered 3 chicken tacos with sour cream. Last time got 2 with sour cream and third with tomatoes. This time I got 2 without sour cream and the 3rd had sour cream and tomatoes.

0/10 came here on 10/6 and ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes and a potato soft taco. My food was so hard I had to throw it all away. The potatoes were so hard they were not edible, you can tell they had been sitting around all day and they just served them hard and not warm at all. Worst Taco Bell

Rough tasting food, burrito Shell hard, then nice enough to remake it but this time the beans were stuffed and didn’t taste great, in fact icky. I go here enough to one that is not the norm.
