Visited around 8 am looking for a hot coffee and the coffee is almost empty and Luke warm most likely left over from the day before (this is the self serve by the cashiers) The half and half carafe was empty as well. Asked an employee if they would brew fresh coffee. They obliged but did not offer a replacement. It’s 20 minutes later no coffee. There was not another soul in the restaurant at 8 am which is odd for a place selling baked goods that are synonymous with breakfast however the locals must know what a poorly ran Panera this is. The tables and chairs all are very worn and come with ripped vinyl surfaces and dilapidated wood veneers pulling away from their worn surfaces. It was hard to find a table that wasn’t dirty to sit and wait while they brewed coffee. Again there is no one in this place dirtying it up. The employee manning the register did not offer a hello or any kind of greeting one would expect when visiting a restaurant. Definitely not a place one wants to spend any amount of time in which might explain why the owners or managers have let it get so bad. I’m not one to usually leave reviews but I am very disappointed by this Panera because every other one I have been to makes this one feel like it belongs in a third world country.

I had a problem with a Panera employee a couple weeks ago. I visit there often and ended up calling corporate . Today same employee was there. I get my bag and my apple hits the floor of my car. Bottom of my bag is soaking wet . My apple is visually rotten and I am sure it was taken from the trash That’s my sign to not eat there again #evilemployee #panera

It’s 6:45 PM, and I love coming here usually but it is a mess in tonight. Restrooms aren’t clean, floor is sticky, carpets have food all over. The teas and lemonades can wait-please clean the area we eat and sanitize in.

The food was great! I really loved the Avocado Melt. The steak sandwich was not bad as well. The store was really clean, and it had a very nice laid back environment. The lobby was big enough to seat a large amount of people. There is plenty of free parking, and it is handicap accessible. The service was great, good job.

When I first heard of Panera Bread I thought it was nothing but hospital food but they got some nice digs there. I like the Asian apple salad, Memphis BBQ chicken sandwich, their broccoli macaroni and cheese as well as their cookies. They’re just too damn expensive for what they are. The regular portions are too small and pricey at that. I mean for a whole sandwich. Not a sub but a sandwich that you can make at home it’s over $10 and that’s not the combo. A large order which is not that large in the first place of broccoli mac and cheese or any of their soups will net you over $10. A whole salad is over $10. I know the food supposed to be so called organic because they throw that word around on everything but they could be more price conservative. You can make Panera Bread at home. Just saying.

I was in the drive thru for a while and it seemed like they weren’t taking orders on it? Even though I came 2 hours before closing. I walked in to place an order, there was literally no one in the front, and I had to wait like 2-3 minutes from someone to even notice I was up there, even though the restaurant was basically deserted. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I don’t want someone to waste there time like I did coming here.

My order is typically incorrect here, but today pushed my buttons. I have ordered several times, oatmeal, remove pecans, add sliced banana. And it has been exactly that. And it’s awesome on a cold day. Today the manager told me they couldn’t put banana on my oatmeal because their menu does not allow it. I asked, do you sell bananas? Yes, she said. It is this mistaken position of power that makes food establishments often lose customers. This is not a weird request and in no way different than getting the sliced strawberries or apples they happily provide. I would pay a $1 for a banana on my oatmeal, even half a banana. The food here is typical Panera food. But if you want customer service and to feel valued, go elsewhere. By the way, the Oatmeal across the street, is gross. Good luck!

Employees who work at the cash register need to stay there at their workstation because the last 2 times I was there had to wait to get waited on.
