I want to begin this review by stating the positives, food was prepared correctly and was good relative to other taco bells.
However, literally everything else was bad about this location.
They have absolutely no indoor seating options, nor do they even have chairs for you to wait for your long order time.
Honestly, I can understand this to a certain extent, the location is in a rough place with a lot of house less people on bad luck, at least its not as obnoxious as the loud music they play at other rough locations. But still, its disappointing and affected my experience alot.
If this was my only complaint my review would be a 3 or 4 out of 5 however something really bad happened that really made me feel disgusting with the franchise.
So after I waited a lengthy time for my order, i naturally drank some of the drink they gave me like any other normal human would do. When my order was finally ready, i asked for a refill. As you can probably guess already if they have no indoor seating the fountain drinks are probably behind the counter to obviously prevent unpaying customers from taking advantage, somewhat understandable but yet another point of dissatisfaction.
So the thing I am offended by is why was I denied a refill on my drink? This is absolutely not normal and I am more than certain this is not taco bell policy. I even double taked and asked again but the cashier rudely smiled and denied.
But why? Every other taco bell location probably on this earth allows refills and except for this one. Wow im genuinely suprised I really need to figure out if this is allowed from the corporate standpoint.
The only reason i gave a 2 out 5 is the food but I had to eat it in the cold like cmon now

I had a drive thru mobile order and they had me park on mobile parking spot and it took almost 30 minutes for my food to be ready. I didn’t mind as much cus I wasn’t busy or in a rush and the guy at pick up window was polite and nice too. The double beef burrito and chicken enchilada burrito were really tasty and tortillas were actually warm and soft. Unfortunately I did find a short straight black piece of hair in my chicken burrito when I was already more than half way finished

I actually like this Taco Bell because it’s consistently average — and I mean that in a good way There aren’t any big problems or disappointments, but it’s not doing anything wildly amazing either. It’s just reliable, simple, and exactly what you expect every time ✨
If you’re not sure what to order, I’d recommend the number 8 with three Doritos Locos Tacos — it’s a solid choice and pretty satisfying The flavor is always on point. And honestly, the cheesy roll-ups are one of the best deals on the menu They’re simple, tasty, and great for the price.
Overall, it’s a dependable spot when you’re craving something quick and familiar.

Despite the terrible drive through build.. the workers really try their best!! Great customer service skills, hot and fresh food (everytime)!! Hope they keep up the good work, I’m sure it’s not easy giving the area.

I really like this taco bell because its just average, there isn’t really major downsides but not really any major upsides either. If your looking to try something: the number 8 Doritos locos x3 is pretty good. But cheesy rollups are great for the price

Whenever I order delivery through the Taco Bell app its a $5.99 charge and takes like 2 hours. Also, we’re lucky if the whole order gets delivered. We get compensated with free items/rewards instead of real refunds. Forcing me to order again and get into the same situation. Ready for Taco bell to figure out a system that works.

Pretty good and consistent Taco Bell but maybe the most poorly designed parking lot/drive-thru ever created. If the line gets long enough, good luck getting out since cars just sort of ouroboros themselves into total gridlock. Have fun!

We ordered online and did pick up through the drive through. They forgot our hot sauce, some of which we paid for as well as the free hot sauce. And the food was much blander than I remember… so luckily we have Valentino sauce at home.

Using AI to order my food while massive layoffs are happening is crazy… Food isn’t cheaper and it is down right annoying just in general… People are losing their jobs and homes while Taco Bell is worried about making MORE money…. I will not be eating at Taco Bell anymore, this doesn’t include just this location, this includes all Taco Bells!
Workers were great, food good but the AI is too much for me especially in hard times like now! Sad how people aren’t viewed as valuable anymore…
