I had a dine-in meal on a very busy Thursday night the day after Christmas at the Hinckley Taco Bell. The drive-in was very busy and when I got there the lobby also got busy. I ordered ahead online from my car in the parking lot, and they had the food ready before I even got in the door. For 9 bucks I thought it was a great value with two tacos and chips and cheese dip. Whenever passing through town we will stop there again for sure!

I’m giving this a two star because the gentleman the older guy working in there was really nice and helpful. But the ladies working back there wouldn’t even talk to us. I ordered tacos with extra tomatoes online order. I had none. Then they gave me about five little pieces of tomato, so I asked if I could have some more and they said nope that’s all we give you! My wife ordered some nachos with guacamole and she had maybe a teaspoon in there the container was less than half full tiny little container! The bathroom was absolutely filthy. I couldn’t believe it! I’ve been in this place before and it was a lot better previously.

I asked for a modified chicken cantina bowl, extra lettuce and chicken and they definitely did not give extra chicken or even put the black beans in it. They also served it with no lid so I couldn’t shake up to mix everything. Why charge me for extra chicken if you’re not even going to put it on there. Disappointing.

Normally a great spot. Unfortunately, on 12/26 i recieved some food with moldy tortillas. I sent in a request for a refund through their app, but definitely a let down in what is normally a good spot.

The ladies working were rude and not helpful… the portions were less than adequate. The elderly gentleman working was more than helpful. The rest room was filthy.

I went for breakfast and was very pleased with the quality and speed that I got my food. I would rate five stars, but I was dining in and noticed that booth seats had food under them, and on one of the seats, there was even a bag of garbage/old order just sitting there. If you are going to eat here, just go through the drive thru.

Noone helped us for a long while even though line staff looked up several times. Finally a manager came up to collect our order. Shells on the chalupa last couple times have been dpugh and not even cooked. They forgot items last 2 previous times.. The place is going downhill.

The young lady who takes orders is the nicest person ever, she was the most open minded and awesome person I’d ran into in a longtime.. makes this Taco Bell not only rare af considering they have taco john here but it’s a truly nice place that nearly every surrounding towns people come to visit… I know why….
