** EDITED ** ordered an online order on 10/23/2025 – subbed sour cream for nacho cheese , didn’t get subbed – are the order tickets even getting read?. The quesadilla I got wasn’t even cut fully , was smashed & a mess out the box. seems like robots are making the food. I did call the store again manger told me to come back up to get it made right which first of all it should be made right the first time – if I pay for something I should get it the first time or made correctly the first time shouldn’t have “to come back up to the store” after I complain. I even ask the lady at the window “ is it all correct this time” she reply’s “should be if not you can yell at me” what kind of service is that?
EVERY TIME I ORDER FROM THIS TACO BELL I AM MISSING AT LEAST 1 or more items depends on what is ordered!! The nacho Doritos loco taco was smash & broken in to pieces , barley any chicken ( was subbed ) & ordered 2 Beef Chalupa’s only got 1 ( $7 each btw ) – did call the store & did receive the 2nd Chalupa but under a attitude! If we pay for something we expect it to be correct the first time. Btw I’m not usually the one to leave reviews! Something needs to change.

Highly impressed with the Faribault location! We went through the drive-thru right at 11 a.m. with an SUV full of hungry kiddos, and I never felt rushed. The ordering process was smooth, and our food was delivered quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be back!

Every time I order from this place, I am missing at least something from my order. On top of that, my order wasn’t exactly right either. My 5 layer burrito was dryer than a popcorn fart because they failed to put sauces and cheesy on or in it. I also ordered a slushie and it came half full…. very disappointed. It never used to be this bad. Seems to me these kids need to be re-trained.

We walked in to a voice of an employee saying there was a forty-five minute wait. We went next door to a competitor restaurant. People don’t find the need to work anymore? I was shocked how many people were waiting around for food. Kudos to the employees that did show up and do their job. They should each receive a significant pay raise.

Every time I have ordered via drive-thru the service has been impeccable. The guys are all super kind and professional, Dominick especially. I do wish this location had an additional display in the drive thru with the menu so people could look at it while they wait to order.

I did an online order and I was waiting for 30 minutes to get my online order and they gave me my two Baja blast freezes first and then waited and gave me my food after 30 minutes. The Baja blast was melted by the time I got home and the other Baja blast was for somebody else so they didn’t even get theirs because it was all melted and they said it did not taste good this was around 5:30 PM to 6 PM

Great staff. Pulled up and had my order ready within a few minutes. The only thing that bothered me was that the portion of the new burrito was small. I mean you can get a dollar burrito bigger than that. It had potatoes and steak and come on. My chalupa was half full as well

The one thing that would significantly improve this Taco Bell location is if the staff would clean the bathrooms. If the bathrooms are dirty, I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen must be.

Baja blast machine was broken, and their fountain drinks were unbelievably watered down, gross. Should’ve gotten a refund on them freezes. Kids working did not gaf
