This just keeps non stop happening every time I go to this location. I said no jalapeño sauce on the quesadilla, yet they still added it. And this is how my taco came to me more than once. They definitely need to improve their service and food skills…

I live very close to this taco bell and order quite frequently. at first it was okay, these past few months i have been waiting over an hour every single time in the drive thru line when i made a mobile order over an hour ago!! whether it’s late, early, busy, not busy, the wait is the most annoying part. the only reason i still go here is because i work late and is one of the only places you can get a quick bite late at night. the workers stand around and chat and vape on my food and lick their fingers with their gloves on, it’s disgusting. they really need to get better service and better window times because whether it’s 2 or 5 people it is ALWAYS the longest wait i’ve ever had. I’m getting fed up. I can make a taco faster than 2 hours thanks.

It’s impressive that this particular location is still in business. It’s closed random nights and when it’s open, wait times are 20+ minutes because 2-3 employees are just idling around inside. $13 for six cold tacos or $13 for Topperstix next door – your call.

It’s a 50% chance that you’ll have a long wait in the drive thru. Even if there’s only 2 cars ahead of you, it may take a looong time. Other times, it’s a short wait. It’s one of the better Taco Bell’s in the Valley.

I came in during a Monday dinner rush to only see 3 workers running the whole location. It took me over a half hour to get my food, and the drive thru line did not move once during that time. Just drive a couple miles to another cause that was ridiculous. When I finally got my food, half my quesadilla didn’t have cheese or sauce. The workers were very nice and trying at least.

Made an order at (approx.) 7pm, the app said it’d be ready at 7:43, pretty long, but that parts fine. Entered the building at 7:35, waited until 8:03 before we received our order. I had realized i’d forgotten something, so I asked if I could get it; while paying the employee taking the remaining of my order had an unnecessarily poor attitude and proceeded to toss my change at me rather than handing. For a reasonably staffed team, the wait time is beyond ridiculous. Even when the order is FINALLY received, they give an attitude. Its a problem.

Very poor customer service. Not to mention, they served the customers that were waiting for only three minutes over a Spanish man that was waiting for 30. The young male worker told the Spanish man that if he keeps asking about his order, then he won’t serve it. Just a very unkind employee and nonsensical system where they prioritize drive thru and in person orders over pick up orders that have been waiting much longer.

Husband went through drive thru around 1:30am Friday to pick up the online order. They obviously can’t even read & hardly ever get an order right. I swapped the beef to chicken on the chulapa & they put both meats on there. The receipt even showed to swap it to chicken. They barely put cheese on any of the order. I’m usually not one to complain, but I honestly don’t even know how you can screw up an order so bad with no other cars there. He did go back & tell them they messed up & they made another one & said sorry. Still not happy, but this is a reminder to check your order before leaving.

We waited for a while in the drive through but that’s kinda typical for any taco bell lately. However, the shining star of our experience was the fantastic Lil Ray Ray who spoke to us through the speaker box and gave us our food immediately when we pulled up to the window. His majestic snake necklace was eye catching and he didn’t sound dead inside at all which was great. Thank you Lil Ray Ray ️ ️ we all say in unison. He’s carrying this taco bell on his shoulders
