Placed mobile order to be picked up via drive thru. Customers order in front of me took quite a while. My mobile order sat waiting. Getting soggy and cold. Received my order after waiting at the window several additional minutes all the while my food had been already prepared.
My only change in my order was to hold the red sauce from my nachos. After receiving my order, I quickly checked to see if the red sauce had been removed and wouldn’t you know it…..it had not. I parked the car to walk in to get a replacement. Needless to say, it was the worst nachos made to date. They forgot the cheese, but hey, they didn’t put that red sauce on them. Anyway, check out that lovely taco. Sadly, the employees lacked the ability to prepare food with the smallest amount of pride.
If you don’t like your job and can’t do it right, please don’t take it out on the food. Take pride in any job you do.

Best staff out of any Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, amazing hospitality, extremely attendant, and even more polite! They were super busy, still smiling and really efficient busting their asses off! Clean restaurant and good atmosphere and obviously five star review because that was the best Taco Bell food my grandmother or I have ever had and she lives almost an hour away from there!!!! Left a great tip for the staff! They deserve recognition whoever was working!

Was busy so obviously it took a bit to get food which is very understandable, but I was missing an item and all my burritos were wrong due to having lettuce and onions in my cheesy bean and rice burrito, which must have been due to combining two very different burritos that I ordered, but things happen. Don’t get me wrong burritos were still good, it’s just disappointing when you think you’re biting into one thing and it’s not what you ordered. They were rushed but didn’t take the time to actually look at what was being ordered… employees also had slight attitude towards my friend saying her order must’ve been “lost”, but never tried to get her order ready until she went up the second time. My burritos looked like a mess but still edible which gave me a good laugh. Just hoping that overtime this Taco Bell can prove us wrong with these low ratings.

Taco was made so far in advance it was soggy and sticking to the rapper. The Chalupa shell was also made so far in advance it was harder than Ron Jeremy on Viagra. Not worth $14 and i’ll never be back… the last 2 times this has been like this and barely edible. Thought i would give this place a chance since it was a new location.

The people here are awesome and it’s easily the best Taco Bell in the area. Since it’s opened I’ve told everyone the same thing. My recent visit the dude in the lobby was so nice and the food was so good I had to finally come shout them out for their hard work.

I have been to this location three times. One it’s filthy inside, especially for a brand new establishment! My husband loves taco bell and I told him how I felt and finally he sees the filth himself when they put in the fire sauce packets at the window crusty gross fire packets. How could they not see that? I mean there not working in the dark. Also there nachos are very sad indeed. Had to take it back to actually put cheese on the chips. I’m done with this location. This was enough.

I put in a complaint almost 2 weeks ago about the crappy service we received at this location. We sat in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of us for 20 mins. Usually we pull out of line because it always takes more than 10 mins to get food but none the less we waited, once we finally got to the window I handed the fat guy my card and asked him why does it take so long to get an order here? The fat guy handed me back my card and told me we can leave. I asked the fat guy what his name was and he told me he isn’t telling me so I pulled around to the front and called the store to speak with a manager. The fat guy answered the phone and asked me why I wanted to speak to a manager? Informed him because I want to speak to a manager and then he hung up on me. I called right back and then the same guy put the phone down on the counter so I waited over 53 mins and then hung up and called the corporate office to put in my complaint. I contacted the corporate office yesterday as I hadn’t heard from anyone and I was told that someone told corporate that they called me when in fact no one called me. I finally got a call today from a Whitney stating she was the area manager and what was my issue? I explained to Whitney what took place and her first and only response was ” did you post a bad review calling my employee a “fat guy”? Whitney then asked me why do I need to go to this location? Well Whitney, if your store had better service customers wouldn’t need to post bad reviews and more so if your staff gave their name when asked for accountability how else to identify the crappy service other than physical features to identify the staff? FYI Whitney, it’s none of your business where we choose to buy food from and well there you have it folks that explains it all as to the crappy, slow and unprofessional service at this location. I guess I will get a soda everyday because I don’t trust the processing of orders, just to give a bad review and hopefully the service will change in the future!

No running water in the restroom. Restroom very dirty. Food all over floor in kitchen. Two order kiosks didn’t work, and the staff didn’t seem to care. Literally could not complete order and left after trying to order for 20 minutes. Won’t ever be back!

Foods usually made alright, but drive thru wait times tend too be long. And when I ordered door dash from there last took them over 40 minutes too get my order done. Just ridiculously slow for a fast food place in my opinion I dont get why literally all taco bells are like this not just this location.

I’ve gone here every month and half for about a year. Always had good service and good food. Never had my oder messed up. Only once have I had to wait longer than 5 minutes.
