Cashier asked me if I had purchased anything when I asked for WATER. I’ve worked at Starbucks for a year and a half as a barista and then a supervisor, we always gave people water, it’s such a simple, human thing to give water to another person, whether it was hot or cold, we never denied anybody of water. That’s just lame and rude.
I come with a group who buys a bunch of stuff and to have this little white girl with glasses at the cash register do this was just so gratuitous.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing team at Starbucks in Virginia Hills Shopping Center. Every time I visit, the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Everybody always greets me with a smile and goes above and beyond to make sure my drink is perfect. The store is consistently clean, the atmosphere is cozy, and I can tell the team works really well together. It’s clear they care about both the customers and the quality of the service. Thank you all for making my work from home days better—I really appreciate you!

I ordered a Matcha cold brew and a Veterans’ cold coffee. I waited approximately 30 minutes for my order, but it was never prepared. Despite repeated inquiries about who took my order, my coffee was not made, leading me to cancel the order. I left the store feeling extremely disappointed.

Food is okay. The customer service is not! They don’t greet you as you walk in. Apparently, they like to socialize with each other and not greet customers. I had to wait 7 mins before putting my drinks in.. ♂️And, what’s up with “Add-ins”?!!! I did not get 3/4 splash of Oatmilk..

Only 3 people working both the counter and drive through at 5 pm on a weekday. We’ve all been waiting well over 20 mins for our drinks at this point. I don’t even want my coffee this late in the day, when and if it’s ever ready.
I think if you’ll have more than a five minute wait for your drink, they really need to let you know before you place an order. Even a sign at the front counter that alerts the customer that they’re backed up would be quite helpful.

Theres no reason to wait 20 minutes for a coffee. There was 1 person in front of us yet they were able to serve more than 12 cars in the drive through. They are basically encouraging people not to come inside. Wont make that mistake again. Will just go to the other Starbucks ♀️

Things used to be out relatively quickly. More recently though it feels like things take forever to come out. Orders used to be ready for pickup when I get there after I place a mobile order, but now it ends up taking up to 10 minutes after the pickup time the app tells me, making me late for other things

The service is very slow. The persons (there are several) who take orders don’t seem to have any ability to multitask. The guys making drinks are pumping out drinks and they are lined up on the counter, but the server just disappears for 5 + minutes at a time. My drink was lukewarm and only 3/4 full. This location needs to have a manger on site because 3 out of 4 times this is my experience. I won’t be going back
