Had to wait awhile in the drive thru and was told to pull around to the front. Which is fine, whatever. I would rather wait and have my order complete and done right. Instead we waited to get this. This is supposed to be a supreme doritos locos taco. Hard to be supreme when there is barely anything in it. Sad.

It is always something, today it was no nacho cheese for my Fries, last time it was cold fries and no fire sauce, time before that it was soggy tacos. Very disappointing and it’s getting old and it sucks because I love taco bell. Guess I’ll see if East Johnson can do things right.

The last 4 time I have gone to this location I have not gotten exactly what I have ordered. Order a Baha Freeze and was given a Baha Blast drink twice. Ordered soft shell taco supreme and was given hard shell tacos. Also ordered Cheesy Nachos Gorgita Crunches and got Doritos Locos Tacos instead.

I went by for a couple if food items and drinks. The guy was so freaking rude to me at the speaker while taking my order! This is the 2nd time that thus has happened! The area coach needs to talk to the employees at night and to the managers! I ordered a #2 reg with a mango refresca, and then 2 reg soft tacos with another mango drink. Then he yelled and said that to wait! I pulled up and he tried giving me someone else’s 3 large drinks ! I was like those ain’t mine!? I don’t know what there problem is! I asked for the managers name and for brian too since I know that he was the gm there. He said who!” I dont kniw who that is! Then he said that he doesn’t work there anymore. But I do know the area coach Briggett and I will be calling her tomorrow! This is unexpected for the employee to be behaving like this!

I went there, VERY hungry, ordered 3 hardshell tacos with only meat and cheese. I am not even trying to be funny, they gave me 3 hardshell tacos with 1 tablespoon of meat and no cheese. So I went back in and asked if they could put some more meat and cheese on, they then proceeded to sprinkle 4 single shreds of shredded cheese. So again, I went back in and then and only then did they tell me I had to pay more if I wanted extra. I have been to numerous other Taco Bell’s and this has never been the case. But whatever. Don’t ever go here. Go to the Oshkosh Taco Bell on Jackson st. They will get you right.

took so long to get 3 tacos and the lady, twice now is like “You can’t do two separate orders” It’s literally the same thing as another car pulling up? Why do i have to pull completely around again or go inside? It’s also 8 o clock, yall close at 2, get it together. She gave us nasty looks through the window and didn’t accept a coupon that says “ACCEPTED AT ALL FOND DU LAC AND OSHKOSH STORES” ??? Also we asked for cinnamon twists and never got them?

After working a 12 hour shift, then moving to a new home in a different city, on the way home, I sent my roommate to get my online order and she went to get a quick meal for her family, after ordering her meal for her family she proceeds to request for my online order, while rudely being told that she needed come back around to order that. So she went and came back around, while the guy taking orders was making snude comments like “I was wondering where you went and when you’d be back” as if he didn’t just make her go back through with 8 more vehicles behind her by that time. It’s one thing to tell a customer they have to go back through but you can do it without the rude comments, very unprofessional in my opinion even for a fast food restaurant. I get you have corporate timing how long a vehicle triggers the timer until the vehicle leaves, but making customers go back around for a separate order while the other food is getting cold and soggy just to make sure your franchise is running efficiently is kind of wack. Sounds like you’re wanting to push business and revenue for your company away. If we didn’t just work a long day while moving on top of it we would have went to the other location across town. Especially if we knew your employee was throwing a tantrum and practically throwing the food into her vehicle. #DoBetter

Typically I have good experiences at this location. I usually go through the drive-thru between midnight and 1am. Today, it was not so great however. The order was correct and complete which was nice. However, I did not particularly appreciate the writing I found on my hot sauce packets (see photos). The ink used never dried whilst in the bag and one of the two packets (yes, only two were in the order) somehow made its way inside my quesadilla wrapper leaving one of the poorly cut slices with a surprisingly large ink smear that soaked right into it. Very apetizing looking! The taco I didn’t even bother with. It was completely destroyed somehow even though it appeared to be bagged properly (sitting on top of the quesadilla.) I’m always up for a good taco salad, but since it appeard the taco was made an hour before I ordered, the sad remains of the shell were too soggy and mushy to possibly enjoy. Huge disappointment tonight’s meal was. Despite only seeing through the drive-thru window, it’s pretty easy to notice the severe lack of discipline on the night shift. Employees don’t really to seem to care much at all.
