Very disappointing, the portion size given on this Delivery order done online. I ordered a Chicken Al Pastor Bowl with lettuce and you can see what was given. Never ordering from this location again!

Best chipotle I’ve been too in awhile. The line worker Alberto/Umberto ( it was slightly loud and I couldn’t hear clearly) was great. The portions were great. He recognized that the lid to the bowl he was about to give me was dirty and replaced it. Service was fast and most importantly the food was hot and flavorful. The restaurant was clean and busy. The only con was that the rice was super oily but still edible. Ethier way just like most restaurants staff make or break the place!

Located on the corner of University Drive and Stirling Road, this Chipotle is a little hit or miss. I usually order through the app for pick and sometimes it’s ready on time and other times, I have to wait an additional 10-20 minutes. Orders can be 100% correct and amazing or missing items and average. Our last visit we decided to eat in and it was a bit of a disaster as all the tables (and floor) were dirty in some way. Didn’t exactly instill confidence in the cleanliness of the store. I think the staff behind the counter was working hard, but whomever was responsible for cleaning the tables was falling behind. I will likely give them another try but definitely need to get cleanliness in check to ensure a visit after that.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews on companies like this, but sometimes it’s necessary. You guys need to answer your phone and some of your staff need an attitude check. The staff is either decent or has a bit of an attitude, which I’m fine with because the food is good and at a decent price. One day, I asked the young lady working there to wipe down the counter, she acted annoyed but did it, that could be approved upon but it’s fine. However, the other day, I wanted to come here the other day with a friend and she had some questions because she has dietary restrictions, so we tried calling this place up, we rang the line 3 separate times with no answer. We ended up going to Chick fil a a few doors down, they answer the phone, plus their staff is always polite and well mannered.

i work across the street and come here often. there is a lady with braids who is either working or constantly talking with other employees while there is only one person on the line. food portions are never constant today they gave me basically half a bowl and the rice is soaked in oil. gross.

I know today probably wasn’t the best day to go being that they had a B1G1 deal going. The line was long which I totally expected. When I reached the counter to place my order I realized why I had stop coming to this location. The food station is always nasty looking, food all over the counter. The brown rice had other food in it. I asked could I get some from the area where they do online orders, got home and the rice was hard. Not to mention there was no Carne Asada, fajitas and black beans. That’s another reason why I stopped going to this location. They NEVER have fajitas don’t matter what time. Asked could I get some from the online order area but claimed they only had alittle bit, for online orders only. All the tables were dirty. When I got home which takes only about 6 minutes my whole order was cold. My favorite Guacamole had the biggest pieces of onions. Like no one took the time to chop them up. Whoever is the manager should’ve been working today knowing they had the deal going on. I guess I won’t be back here

This place needs a good cleaning and a visit by a good inspector. Every time I have been here, the tables are not clean, the kitchen looks like a mess. I asked for a knife and the cashier told me that they cannot give knives out. When I questioned why, another worker had to correct her by telling her that they could not display knives in the dining area. The owner needs to come by and get this place straightened out.

Edit: my second time here I watched an older Hispanic lady place our order on the take out rack with half the order, my bowl was laying right next to her.
once we got it they were both half as full as these first bowls. missing extra protein and sour cream.
guess it depends on the person that does it .
Double check your food and if an employee is keeping your bowl before you leave the restaurant …

This is maybe the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The portions (aside from rice) were the stingiest I’ve experienced in my memory. Half the small amount of steak I actually received were gristle and had the taste of being reheated and not fresh. The employees seem like they are being watched by secret police and joyless. It seems like a genuinely terrible place to work. Whoever is in charge of workplace culture and morale needs to do something or be replaced. On top of all that, the dining area was absolutely a mess. Hardly one service that didn’t have food on it. There was even an employee sitting and doing video training at a table that was covered in scrap food. If I can avoid it I will never be back and recommend that you avoid it, as well. Maybe take out would be fine, but I don’t really want to support this kind of business.

Horrible and simply ridiculous the amount of portions they give you for what you pay. Keeps getting more expensive but the portions here keep getting smaller. Other restaurants give more portions so guessing they are preparing for the end of the world for how much they give you.half a scoop of rice on my burrito when smeared was 2 inches by 2 inches of flat rice then half a scoop of beans. Then the chips were only filled ⅓ of the way up. Use to give descent portions but guess new manager dosent care about customer satisfaction .
