Came after a long day at work, we rolled up to the window and an amazing vibe and atmosphere! I love the personality and happiness! Amy Took our order it was her first day and she’s already me and my gfs favorite! We will definitely keep coming back! Keep her she’s an amazing worker! (I wish all workers were as sunshiny as her!)

I placed an online order and it was supposed to be ready at 7pm. I got there and it wasn’t ready until 8pm. It was terrible because the workers didn’t really care, they were slow and only 2 people working the whole restaurant. That is ridiculous. The workers were swearing and getting mad because of the people ordering. I wish I could get a refund because it was a waste of my time. I’m not ordering from there ever again and I should have just gone to Culver’s instead.

Make you wait at the speaker for 25 minutes and dont take your order until they are done with the one at the window. So if you like waiting 45 minutes in line just to finally order its the perfect place to go.

This was the craziest, slowest experience I’ve ever had. I submitted my mobile order at 6:32 (two quesadillas, 2 bowls of plain rice, I side of potatoes.)
Got to the restaurant at 7:00 to pick it up and it hadn’t been started. Ok… so I waited patiently & I stood at the counter for quite a while watching multiple employees use their phones with their gloves on- going back and forth from reaching in their pockets, to touching their dirty phones, touching eachother, then back to people’s food. There was some horsing around, and lots of standing around. There were 6 people on the line and 1 manager sitting in her chair in the back- not sure why these things were happening? After about 40 minutes of waiting between the drive thru and walk in I finally just asked for my money back after they wanted me to go park out front and wait in my vehicle even longer. I was so disgusted and irritated I ended my interaction with a refund at 7:42.
After complaining at the end I was told “we’re all teenagers in here .” While it’s obvious there are young people working, there’s also a manager sitting down in the back of the store who’s clearly a grown adult. Also, for the record, I work with teenagers in 2 of our local very popular and busy restaurants and they would be canned FAST if they gave service this bad. Being a teenager isn’t an excuse for being irresponsible and inattentive. They would be better off closing for the night than ripping people off like this.

One star is too much. Wait 25 minutes in the drive through (real smart design to have only the single lane so it’s impossible to leave) just to be told they’re closing. At 1030 on a Monday when they’re open until 230am. I was one of six cars in line. Five TBs in this area, and only one of them is worth a damn

Absolutely ridiculous when you place an online mobile order and you get there and you wait 40 mins for your food. the service was terrible. The workers did not seem like they cared. people who came in after us who ordered in-store got their food before us. Very disappointed in this Taco Bell. Plus, missing items.

To start off, I normally love Taco Bell. This is the first time I’ve been very disappointed. I ordered the crispy chicken avocado ranch burrito and the chicken was overcooked with limited avocado and limited vegetables in it. Also ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes which were way over done. If we had not already been several miles down the highway as part of a long trip home, we would’ve gone back and returned everything.

Waited in line for maybe a little over 10 minutes for a special seasonal drink and was given it for free for “the long wait”:) made my night! The woman at the window (1/8/26 6:10 pm) apologized for the wait as well! Overall so sweet and will definitely be coming back!

i usually do not write reviews and i am one to let things go but, i’ve been here a few times and everytime theyve got my order wrong and have made us pay more for the things that were out of our bag. but, first of all the workers are just rude. one guy was giving me an attitude over the speaker and i let it go, i figured he had dealt with bad customers, but then he was mean at the window too.. i kept being polite. he had the window open and he was taking another’s persons order as i drove up and was being rude to them too rolling his eyes as he was talking to them and his coworker said something snobby about them tha i heard because the window was open. terrible experience, so unprofessional, and they got my boyfriends and i’s order wrong once again (they’ve never gotten it right) but i figured i was sick of this experience and this was my breaking point, because ive worked fast food before, so i know how it feels.. it sucks.. but if you hate ur job that much that ur being mean to customers who don’t deserve it.. go work somewhere else?? LMFAO, don’t make everyone else’s day miserable?? idk, just my opinion tho.

had to go thru drive thru at 140a cause couldnt order off the app. wouldnt let me customize which was rather annoying. whomever was wrking last nite doesnt kno how to effectively run a fast food place. 4 items I ordered wer made wrong & extra stuf ordered & paid more for was missing also. its⁴ a good thing noone had an actual allergy to sumthing. & they wer outta rice, no sauces in bag.
