I wanted a meal for 2 pack and was told that it was only available online. I ordered something else and was told to wait at the speaker. I sat there for 5 min and in that time placed the online order for what I wanted. I told the speaker to cancel my order. I went inside to pick up my online order and heard the person running the drive through talking about me. Then when I got home we noticed that we were missing the tacos that were part of the meal for two. All in all a horrible experience

The softshell barely has any meat in it, but other than the small portions compared to the pictures, it was still pretty good. The service was okay, they took a long time to get it to us but they were respectful and nice.

Love Taco Bell but this was a terrible experience. Waited for about 5 minutes to get waited on at the counter while the boy in back talked on his cell phone. The girls prepping food and working the drive-in looked nervous that nobody was helping us, but they still didn’t say anything to us or acknowledge us. Took exceedingly long to get our food, but that was okay because we needed time to find the cleanest dirty table in the place. As you can tell by the empty tables in the pictures below, it was not busy.

Just left there 30 seconds ago I started writing this review in the drive-through because it was so amazing! Service was wonderful the way they talk to me was wonderful their smiles were real. They were all working as a team or like a family it was so awesome. Oh my gosh! I am totally going to come back to this location, even though I live on the opposite side of town!

This place used to be decent. Now they constantly serve cold and soggy food. I got a crunch wrap that was lukewarm and could fold in half. Even had to wait several minutes for food the be ready just for it to barely be warm and soggy.

I just moveed up here from Iowa, and this store SKIMPS! we got crunch wraps (truly a work of God) but here in eau Claire these things are paper thin, they have maybe (at most) a 1/4 of the contents they serve in Iowa. There is no crunch, the crunchy hard shell layer is completely soft and soggy. I might move back to Iowa so I can get real crunch wraps again
