Ordered 2 spicy potato tacos and they gave us two tacos without any of the sauce. Disappointed since this is the main point of getting this taco. Also they never notified us of them not putting any on it.

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Mid-afternoon they are all sitting in the kitchen area complaining about customers and there orders. Noone wants to help you. They all looked annoyed. One kiosk working and a line of people waiting to order. The new confetti drink was awful. Only redeeming quality is the food was warm. Should have listened to everyone that complained about this place.

I ordered from the app. Went to pick it up and the lights were out. Went to the Drive thru and asked why the lights were out and if I could still come inside. “Yes”. (It was dark insided) Said I just wanted to cancel my online order since they can’t even turn on their lights. Was told I hae to do it on the app, asked how and no response.
Waited. The car ahead of me was at the window for over 6 minutes. Asked again how to cancel the order, no response.
It was obvious in hindsight that the lights were out because the staff didn’t want people to come. Girl at the window was very nice and polite took my name and number. Didn’t get a call back the next day. Called the following day. The ‘manager’ said ‘we can’t get people to work’. He had no idea how to use the app, see previous orders, or even care.
Just avoid this place, unless there is that teenage girl working the drive thru who actually has good skills and cares.

I’m not sure if this Taco Bell is under new management, but it’s different in a very good way. The past couple time I came absolutely incredible. The employees are so kind and the food is actually high quality ( especially for taco bell). Best taco bell in Eau Claire by far.

The manager was yelling at an employee about their drawer being short in front of guest and belittling him . It was definitely not the place to do it when your store is full of customers and people just continued to work slow as possible it took at least 15 minutes to get our food.

I usually order late night at this Taco Bell when I’m driving through Eau Claire, but this place just keeps getting worse and worse. We had been waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes when some lady comes up to our car on foot saying “just so you know, I waited 45 minutes, and they never responded at the drive thru, I ended up going inside”. We ended up next since everyone else went through, and it was true. The auto-answer said “will you be checking in…” but no human answered.
I hopped out to go in only to be met by chaos. Tons of people inside looking annoyed by the wait, staff running around looking harried and trash all over the floor in the kitchen. Wrappers and broken bits of food that they were just walking through. I lost my appetite and cancelled the order.

My husband ordered us tacobell for dinner for us & our 1 year old through the app at 4:30pm. It showed that we were expected to have our food by 5:45pm. By 5:45 the app told us our order hadn’t even been made yet. By 6:15 I had to make dinner for our 1 year old because it still showed that food wasn’t made yet. We tried calling tacobell several times and their phone was “busy” EVERY SINGLE TIME. We are convinced they shut their phone off or something. The app also would not let us cancel our order. By 7:00 we were pretty much convinced we just lost 40 bucks because nothing was made and we couldn’t cancel anything. At 7:30 we finally got a notification the a door dasher was going to pick up our order. He dropped it off at 8:20 and he also told us that tacobell canceled our order while he was driving to our house so he didn’t even get paid (we paid him the amount he’d normally make for driving all that way for our food.) we got our food and realized IT WAS MADE AT 4:40pm!! (it was shown on the bag reciept) So our food wasn’t edible because it was practically 4 hours old and super cold and gross. Anyway thanks for listening to my rant.

I went there last night and they were busy, and short staffed. I totally get it, because I used to work fast food, so I know where they were coming from. However, while making orders, one guy (with long hair) kept walking away to grab a drink, he also touched his hair with gloves on and touching the food. Another employee took a personal phone call, and they were pretty much standing there.
Being short staffed really sucks, but you can’t use that as an excuse, when you’re poking around. I feel bad for leaving this review, because they all seemed like great people, and I feel like a hypocrite because of the fact I used to work fast food. But that was ridiculous.
The fact one the employees responded to this review like it was a joke really shows the kind of people that works there!

We ordered on the app and showed up to see the drive-thru closed. No biggie. Go inside to wait for our food and there’s 3 people working and tons of people waiting for their food. No one was at the register to check us in for mobile orders for 15 minutes and when they did, it bumped our order all the way to the end. One worker was just… sweeping? The workers who were in the back just yelled at each other. We continued to wait, but noticed some questionable hand hygiene (or lack thereof) and decide to leave after waiting a total of 45 minutes. We’re requesting a refund through the app and never returning to this place again. Used to have great service and food!

Been to this location 3 times because it’s closest to home. If I want taco bell from here on out, I’ll go the extra 10 minutes to Clairemont at this point. Last two times at least one item was wrong, but the staff was at least sympathetic. This time, I’m going on 50 minutes and no food. I love the franchise, but this location needs some serious help.
