I frequently visit this establishment. My experiences with Akram have often been unsatisfactory, characterized by aggressive food service and missing toppings. It appears that items are intentionally omitted from our orders. The manager consistently projects an unfriendly demeanor. I cannot recommend this establishment.

I’m 100% convinced that it is standard operating procedure to NOT give sauce to people that ask for it, when ordering in the drive-thru.
Ask for it and they put it on the display. It’s on the receipt. Will you get it? Not a chance.
I’ve been to this location upwards of 10 times. Literally only one time out of 10 I’ve been given the sauce I asked for.
It’s to the point where I have hot sauce with me, because I know I won’t get it from this location.
But hey, maybe the sauce is coming from a personal supply and they’re running low. Who knows. Just be aware, if you ask, they wont give it to you.

All I got was a steak quesadilla with no jalapeño sauce. They still put the sauce and there is almost no steak. Also not even cut.

Went through the drive thru with my boyfriend. There was one car in front of us, when we got our food it seemed to be just thrown together and they barely filled the sauce cups. Really freaking disappointed… ruined my go to order

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered 2- #2 3 taco supremes meals and an order of nacho fries. I get it home less than 2 minutes from there. Food was cold and the taco supremes had hardly anything on them. This is ridiculous for what it cost me. This is what my Taco Supremes looked like.

Took my parents here after a long day of driving. Pretty gross. The sauce packets were dirty and my dad was in the bathroom and an employee didn’t wash their hands.. nasty. Our food was sad, zero meat in the burritos and everything was cold. We got a lot of extras and paid extra for stuff that was not there when we got it. I mean at that point you’re paying double. It was ridiculous. I’m sure if corporate was there it would get a thumbs down. Unhygienic and disappointing.

This is my avocado ranch chicken wrap when I opened it up…. chicken piece is approx 2in.. and barely any saysecheese or lettuce like.. really? Was rom temp as well.
