I have left a feedback with Taco Bell it’s self with my experience and how poorly my food was handled. The staff was rude when I explained my order was messed up over the phone, he hung up mid sentence. And I did not get an apology when I came up to the window and I waited in the drive thru when I went back for a good 3-4 minutes like they didn’t want to answer, and it took another car behind me for them to answer the intercom. There was two men who worked last night 8-13-25 at 11:47pm and a whole other man handed my food and was rude about it. I would like a refund. My food could have been handled better! And my experience could have been better to. ~Lucas

I drobe 25 minutes for late night dinner, paid $40 and waited in line for 10 minutes @11:36pm with no one in front of me for Cinnabons, 2 crunch wrap supremes, 1 gordita crunch, and a deluxe box. Only thing correct was the deluxe box (without a box and a squished and soggy crunchy taco), and the cinnabons. The gordita crunch and crunch wrap supremes had no nacho cheese, no lettuce and no sour cream. They looked disgusting and inedible. Photos attached. This sadly isn’t the first time this has happened so I’m finally leaving a review. Wait until Merill, go to Eagle River or Minocqua. Avoid Rhinelanders location.

I ordered through DoorDash today, and had a mixed up item. I called the store and they were friendly and very helpful. I was able to go in and get my food. Sometimes all it takes is a phone call. Shout out to the amazing team for always making sure to do a wonderful job with every order

Unbelievable what they’re selling as a Beef Burrito Supreme from this place. Twice now I’ve ordered and paid big freaking money via DD and there’s almost nothing in them. It’s like eating a tortilla with a little bean and a little beef in it… couple specs of lettuce and a couple pieces of tomato. Some crunchy foreign piece that wasn’t even one of the ingredients and tasted disgusting. I spit it out. I paid for extra sour cream so I suppose that’s worth one star. They sure could easily fold the burritos bc there’s NOTHING in them. Whomever is managing this place is doing a terrible job. There are specific amounts of each ingredient they are supposed to be using, and this is NOWHERE near the amount. I won’t waste my money here again. Horrible.

Went thru the drive thru today..ordered #2 3 soft tacos no tomatoes a drink and cinnamon twists. When received Tacos were cold and mushy and about a 1/4 teaspoon if not LESS of meat in ALL 3. Seriously? AWFUL

The ordered items NEVER look like the menu items! This location does not seem to care about the quality food they put out, or their specialty drinks for that matter. I’m not a frequent flyer at this location and this is why! I love eating at TacoBell, but I do not recommend this location!!

I travel for work at night and pass through Rhinelander. A few weeks ago I stopped at this Taco Bell and ordered a #6 (2 Chicken Chalupas Supreme Combo) but I asked for all beef instead, and just beef, lettuce, and cheese. They put sour cream on it as well, so that became garbage. I decided to stop there again tonight figuring one mistake wasn’t a big deal. Again #6 with beef on all, just beef, lettuce, and cheese. This time they left out the sour cream, but gave me chicken instead so that became garbage as well. I’m traveling so I don’t have time to go back and complain. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

If I could give this staff a 0 Star I absolutely would, probably worst experience I’ve ever had at the rhinelander Taco Bell. But start with the fact that when I went to go pay for my meal, the woman at the drive-through window, who I believe was Megan o or at least that’s what my receipt says. Threw my leftover $.96 at me. She then SHOVED my soda at me causing me to almost drop by drink. And I was very Rudely given my food in a crumpled bag … and told “bye”
I then get back to my job, and open up my bag only to find none of the tacos properly wrapped up, my quesadilla was in a ripped bag ( so unsanitary) also the cheese wasn’t even completely melted in my quesadilla . I also paid for 3 sour cream sides and only received 2, one of which was open in the bag.
Common Taco Bell, up to $18 an hour and I can’t even be treated decently or have nicely wrapped food. Do better.

Do better! placed a order online that online box and went to pick it up and all the food wasn’t in a box for 1, 2 all the food was thrown in a bag was very sloppy food was pretty much squished in the bag asked for it to be grilled, wasn’t…. The food was made very sloppy just really gross. Who ever the director is for that store location needs to do better with hiring people that want to work and not just hire people to fill in the position and train people better I work customer service and this here is very sad unprofessional food service! Placed two orders as well to be told we had to drive around the drive through again to just pick up the second order?! Really you guys, if you don’t like working there or doing “your” job then leave and let someone that wants to work, WORK! Really bad behavior, poor customer service, and clearly no good leadership. There needs to be a new shift lead that’s for sure and if there isn’t one then maybe the district manager should be coming in and cleaning house these workers/employees are hurting your bussiness and is not good for bussiness. Do better!
