The young staff is very rude to their own coworkers, and right in front of customers. If you respect your elders, don’t go here. I do not recommend supporting a location that does not train their full staff in proper customer service etiquette. If you go, ask to be served by someone other than the brats who think they run the joint.

I think that the food was good and the interactions that we had with the employees was good….however you have to place your order at a kiosk I really dis like these kiosks in restaurants like this. This particular store was clean the staff was friendly and the interactions that they had with customers was very good.

They have legitimately NEVER gotten my order right. They over use heat lamps, and the chicken I received was so dry and shriveled it actually hurt to chew. Staff is rude and careless, and I’ve worked crap jobs before so I am pretty forgiving about a bad day, but every damn time?! Really?! Insaine. Go anywhere else.

Put an order in on the app and it wasn’t taken right so we were sent on a wild goose chase having to get in contact with support and all that bull. I’ll I wanted was my tacos. The on top of that the assistant manager thru lots of attitude and couldn’t keep her act together. Terrible service and terrible communication. Hope they can get there stuff together. How disappointing

they got my entire order wrong and didn’t give me anything to compensate. I am very disappointed in this Taco Bell and my feelings are hurt and I’m gonna be honest, I cried while eating this food because I was very upset! I want a refund and I want the right food and they didn’t give me either and I’m very very very very very Mad! yes, the food came here on time, but it was completely wrong so what difference does it make?

I was missing a naco cheese gordita crunch taco, a 6 dollar taco by the way. To top it off pretty much all of my order was poorly wrapped and thrown in the bag, multiple tacos were out of the wrappers even. When I called the location the employee that answered had such a desgusting attitude it honestly made me place a call to corporate. Absolutely no reason to be snappy and sarcastic when you “apologise” for the lack of service and quality.
