Service is terrible at times, they always forget at least one or two items. and when i tell you i am so pissed, i went and got the new luxe boxes and they chalupas. they gave us the essence of meat. I hate this location so much they need better workers who actually like their job every time you pull up someone always has an attitude about something. My brother and i struggle with anxiety so we don’t say anything to them and what’s the point even if we do? the worker’s attitudes always stay the same. If you don’t like working in customer service find a new job. I would like a refund for my order in all honesty!

I swear this place gets worse every time I go Whomever the crew was that was working 1/23/26 around 6pm. They were awful. My window was frozen shit so I went inside to pick up my order and several things were upsetting. The employees were very rude, they got my order wrong. There was one worker who, the whole time that I was there, was only filling drinks. Which is fine. But when my food was done she came over to me and handed me two empty cups. All she was doing was filling up cups with soda. And the soda that I ordered was on my order. I don’t know what the issue was today but this place needs improvement. I’ve always tried to not be too judgmental on my reviews but this needs to be rectified.

Probably the most disappointing I’ve ever been with a Taco Bell … extremely dissatisfied… Ive been working my way up to here from Florida eating Taco Bell along the way. What I had this evening was an absolute joke. Mostly tortilla, hardly any filling. The chips and cheese were both half full. They’re not very big to begin with, but for 2.50 and to have it half full? Seriously will never come back here again. Hopefully the one in Schofield is better.

Every time I’ve come to this Taco bell the food just hit different than the rest. It just seems fresher than others. I also want to send a shoutout to Nicholas Matteson (hopefully I spelled that correctly) as ppl from his past have always tried to get me to hate him. The guy always is in good spirits with whatever he has going on, very polite, respectful, great customer service, and just a really hard working guy to do right for his family. I woukd recommend this taco bell to anybody around the area. I haven’t had a bad experience there yet. Thank you for everything you guys do over there, and keep being you! Thanks again!!

Thank goodness I actually went in to get my mobile order and a co-worker decided to order food. My potatoes were old and hard. My coworker had to wait 20 minutes to get his food. I ordered no ice in my drink and I got ice. There were people still waiting for their order that ordered before coworker and coworker got his 1st. The lady did apologize for the wait but still.

Went through the drive thru since I was in a hurry. I ended up with the wrong meat in the grilled cheese burrito- the burrito was also dry tasting like the shell was stale but still somewhat edible. Also had a crunch wrap and was dissatisfied with the tortilla being stale, almost no meat, it mainly had lettuce only and on top of that the wrap was basically cold. Ended up throwing half the order out and won’t come back! Schofield Taco Bell from now on if we do any in the future!

Was in through the drive thru about an hour ago 11pm-ish and am speechless. Nothing in my Taco, no sauce at all on the enchilada. Please fire the incompetent _ _ _ _ that somehow doesn’t know how to make food. You can’t tell me if they were to make these for themselves that they’d look like this. Won’t be back.

The slowest taco bell I’ve even been to. I’ve given them a couple chances and each time, it’s at least a 30 minute wait for 5 items. I even order thru the app. Another time was an hour wait. Driving across town to the other location would be faster.
