I give most places 3 tries before leaving a review, especially recently opened places. Things happen, things are chaotic, it takes a bit to get a rhythm. BUT, this is a fast food chain, so their practices have been in places for forever. I still give 3 tries anyway since they’re new to TR. Third time going there now. First time, it was pretty good, a bit light on ingredients but still pretty good. And excited to have another option in town. Second time, I wanted to add to my order at the order box and the girl was very nice about it, but there’s a younger guy who chimed in and was condescending/mocking about it. The crunchwrap was overdone and half cold and again, barely any ingredients, couldn’t bite into it, tasted like it was made with stale tortilla, couldn’t eat more than 2 bites before losing my appetite. Quesadilla had 3 small pieces of chicken in it so half was just cheese. Third time, ordered different items, to avoid another tortilla situation, they were completely out of beef, ya know, the main ingredient for the majority of their menu. So I called to ask if the upcharge for steak was a mistake (I don’t get steak from fast food because I don’t like it, just not my thing but got stuck with it) and the woman who answered had an attitude as soon as she picked up. It turned out, it was the manager, she was extremely rude right away, wouldn’t let me say anything once I asked about the upcharge, and I do quote, “Steak is really expensive and we’re not going to lose money because of not having enough of something, just get something else”. Wth? How do you have a manager amd emplyees who have zero customer service etiquette? No apology, no calm, civil interaction, just bad attitude with an extra side of attitude. I’ll keep driving to Manitowoc for Taco Bell.

While the food was ok and came up pretty fast…..going inside and ordering on the kiosk was awful. We used one and finally got our order in but wouldn’t let us submit it. An older couple came up to us and told us the same thing happened to them and they had to use a diffrent one after an employee tried to fix it. An “out of order” sign would have been nice after the employee couldnt fix it ♀️

I’ve been through the drive thru 3 times. Each time was great service, normal wait time, and chalupa Supremes were fresh and hot, not skimpy any of the times. Pleased overall!

God forbid these people talk to you… order at 7:02 get through the drive through realized a forgotten item… pull back through let them know they say pull around… pull around not adressed at the window well 25mins pass finally the lady decides to adress me which she got order for danielle.. no im the guy waiting for the potato buritto.. she reaches to the bag thats been sitting on the register since before we pulled back up says oh i didnt realize that was you and hands me the bag…. so i waited 25min at the window for them to give me a 30min old potato they forgot the first time…. could have been avoided if 1. It was in the bag to begin with. 2. You wouldve greeted the car at the window before making them wait a half hour… didnt think it could get worse than manitowoc but boy are you guys putting in the effort… the fresh food was good the burritos in the garbage.

The staff was great. They were very polite and professional. The food didn’t take too long considering how busy they were. The dining area and bathroom was very clean. The food was fresh HOWEVER, I sadly had to dock the food 2 stars. I wish I would have taken a picture of my Mexican pizza. I was so disappointed when I opened it. There was a small circle of sauce and cheese melted in the very middle but most the pizza was bare. Same with the crunch wrap supreme. It was very thin with not much in it. I understand they are new and busy so I didn’t say anything and am not comfortable making a scene, even tho they were so nice I’m sure they would have fixed it. I wasn’t mad, but I definitely noticed and won’t be in a hurry to go back.

My name is maycee and I’m with my friend Mya and we got 2 nacho fries and 2 cinnamon twist and we had enough money to get 2 more cinnamon twist but the system got confused and messed up and the black guy with locs gave us another 2 nacho fries and 3 cinnamon twist and he was so kind we tried explaining and he said it was good so bless that man and if I was rich I would have him a big tip thank you to who ever you are.

The only thing good about this place is that it was just opened so the inside looks fresh and clean. Now as in customer service, good quality, food speed… ALL -100. We dined inside and watched these employees forget at least one item in each person’s order and each customer had to request their drink cup. After waiting LONG periods of time to even recieve their order. They had no forks to eat salad or potatos with….they gave us a plastic butter knife.. as soon as we left our stomachs started to not feel good and my friend actually puked. We will NEVER BE BACK..
