There was a long line outside, so my kid and I decided to go inside and order quick. It was quite busy inside as well. Felt awful for the employees as they had horrible, rude customers. A sweet guy came up and asked if we had ordered, I said no, not yet, and he quickly assisted us. I gave him our order only to find out I missed reading their sign that the debit system was down and they were only taking cash for now. I quickly apologized and said sorry as I didn’t have cash on me. He proceeded to say it was on the house. After what I saw, those employees deal with by the lack there of decent human beings in ordering. He was so kind. It made my day.

This taco bell was the worst about a year ago. I think management changed. Now the staff is friendly four separate times and 4 different guys. The food is fresh and hot! The beans are not crunchy and they make your food and special orders correct! Thank you!

I’ve ordered the Chicken Cantina Bowl from many locations before, and never have I had it filled to the top and over the bowl. It was also beautifully made. Had to add a review and give props to whoever made it. Thank you! I uploaded a photo of it in here as well.

By far the worst taco bell i’ve seen from here to baltimore…. The people attitudes are the worst and the service is even slower….eat anywhere but here… The employees play on their phone and touch your food without washing….gross.

Guy at drive threw. Just put anything in the bag. Literally nothing we ordered made it in the bag. When we went in. We had to wait 40 mins for our order to be made correctly. And had to ask for in convenience coupons. We received a free taco. Would not recommend eating here.

We have tried going here 4 times in the last month. There has been no line, and we are still told “it will be 15 minutes before I can take your order” EVERY TIME. We waited another 32 minutes to get our food the one time we stayed in line. 47 minutes total.
The other three times we left after being told how long the wait would be. They need to have more than one person working at a time. I will never go to this location again, and if I experience this at another location I will be done with all taco bells for good.

“Open Late”, possibly but not with adequate service. Waiting in line at 11pm, number 4 in the drive thru for 15 minutes not moving even once while carloads of teens screamed back and forth. IF you are going to “be open late” please hire the proper help to service customers in a timely manner. If not , close a few of them and provide better service at the ones that stay open! We do not need a Taco Bell every 2.5 blocks, especially with poor customer service.
