Ordered an online order, went to go pick it up in the drive thru, was told they can’t make potato’s so I can’t have my whole order. I politely said it’s okay I won’t take the potatoes and eat the cost of it. They said that I have to remake the whole entire order. So I drove away and got something else. Absolute embarrassment of customer service. Instead of just declining me just make the rest of the order. Total inconvenience.

What a waste of time!!!! I have stopped at Taco Bell in Fort Atkinson 3 times in the last couple of months…don’t really love the food but every once in awhile I crave a hard shell taco…every time I have stopped, usually on a Saturday around supper time I am told there will be a wait. One night it was 20 minutes due to door dash orders. Tonight I was told that they would not be able to even take my order for at least 5 minutes. Then just silence…no response to my questions. I decided to walk in and see if that would make a difference… 3 guys working there and no one came to the counter…they acted like they didn’t even see me. They were messing around so I left. There were 3 more cars in the drive thru…If you are not able to hire enough competent workers to run the place properly than it is time to shut it down!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! It’s not like the food is high quality!

Would have been 5 star but unfortunately the employeesworking this morning indicated that I wouldn’t be able to order my food because it would be a five minute wait and mess with their drive through wait times (9:30am order time and this location out in the boonies does not serve breakfast so how long “far behind” could it put you when there was no one else there?). I was also willing to wait. The crispy chicken avocado wrap was a special item that I’d like to see permanently on the menu and would have loved to order again. I recommend not offering food in the mornin if it’s not truly going to be available.
Making an update to this post 🙂 came back a week later and they charge extra for sauce and then don’t give it. Sorry Taco Bell but you don’t ring the bell. Stop scamming your customers. I recommend going to Watertown or Johnson creek location instead

Walked in and nobody in line. One customer at windows… and NOTHING . The kids there seem to be more interested in small talk than serving a customer. Gloved hands on good and on register and back to food. Never going there again. What a joke of a place. I did not stay…..

Unfortunately a really bad experience, manager was yelling at us to leave the drive thru after we placed mobile orders and drove 40 minutes from Madison. Must’ve had a bad day, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as our experience.

The worst taco place. I have not ordered at this place for the last 2 years, but oh boy my experience horrible. Every time I orderd they act like you bother them or something and are very rude. I wonder if the franchise owner cares about his store to see how it is managed and how they treat customers.

Taco Bell should review their customer service, they really look down on customers, especially Taco Bell in Fort Atkinson. Taco Bell should review their store employees, their service staff are very rude. I suggest training their store employees in ethics. I don’t know how Taco Bell recruits employees?

I don’t mind to wait. With how short staff places are, I’ll wait. But at least provide good food, specially when the employee are so unfriendly. Old and disgusting nachos, and order of cinnamon twist had like 7pieces. Lesson learned

Tried to hit the drive-thru around 8pm and was told I would have to wait 30 minutes while they cleaned the food prep area…seems like a strange time to do something like that but whatever. Decided to try them again a few weeks later, despite having a massive advertisement for the Baja Blast Midnight, they were apparently not carrying it anymore. So I ordered some food and pulled up to the window, forgot to order a drink so I asked to add a soda to my order only to be told by the employee “I don’t add items at the window”. When I asked why, the reason I was given was “Because I don’t add items at the window”. Ok buddy, sounds good. Bunch of clowns work at this location, I’d be wary of stopping here again.

Driver thru employee is a Rude condescending person. The food was a pile of garbage thrown together and cold. ( I get it it is fast food, I am not looking for high class food, at least make it warm and not cold. That is it, I am boycotting this Taco Bell the Johnson Creek restaurant much better.
