I would’ve given them 0️⃣ stars if I could. They treat you like a ghost, no one talks to you or takes your order, no matter what you say. They try to force you to use the machine, but only one was working, and it was already occupied.

Zero stars. I ordered 30 min before I arrived on the app and still had to wait 20 min even tho they sent the text it was ready.
Food always in disarray. If you order in the drive through you’ll sit for 45 min. If you order in the lobby you’ll be ignored. Whole experience is terrible.

These guys scolded me for getting my own drink cup that after standing at the counter for 10 minutes and several of the employees walking right past me.
Weird to get pissed at a paying customer after making them wait 10 minutes just for a cup. Why take Taco Bell so seriously bro? LoL! Especially when y’all are so slow. I just wanted a dang Baja Blast!

Ordered cantina chicken quesadilla it came with with really hot red sauce. Ordered this many times never got whats in this picture. NOT what I ordered didn’t get a receipt either. It would be nice for the store owner to respond to all these bad comments on here and try to improve their business quality but haven’t seen one review with the store MANAGER OR OWNER responding so they must not care….

Absolutely terrible. I placed a doordash order for pickup. Came to the store and they’re telling me it was already picked up by someone else. When the app clearly reads it was not picked up a bold-faced lie explain to me how someone else knew I placed an order and my name and the time to come and get it

Hate to be critical of fast food workers, but this location is SLOW! Like EVERY SINGLE TIME . Today was the last time. Sat in the drive thru for 15min and didnt even move. Tried to go inside instead and everyone else must’ve been doing the same. People made comments they had been waiting 20+ minutes. The other reviews of this place are real.
