It took over 20 minutes from the time I got in the drive through lane until I got my food. And I was the only one in line at the time. They said the were backed up but there was no one in front of me and no one in the restaurant. And after all that they didn’t bother to put lettuce in my taco. How lazy do you have yo be to just put cheese and meat on a taco and send it put. All the methods heads working there should be fired!

Ordered on the app and stated received then ready. On arrival no order. They told me they don’t have any order number like the one shown along with the receipt. This same thing happened two times. The first time 3 staff asked me if I needed help. Then walk away and whisper to another then they’d both walk away without saying anything. Finally the drive thru person came over, apologized and had to reorder. With all this- they were the smallest tacos I’ve ever seen at a Taco Bell. We’re talking teaspoon of beans, a bit of lettuce, two diced tomato pieces and a light sprinkle of cheese and a dot of sour cream.

Wisconsin has some of the WORST Taco Bells in the COUNTRY. I travel a LOT for work and this is my second time giving taco bell up here a second chance. This abomination is undercooked, not cut, has no ingredients and is vile. I threw it out. Cannot wait to go home and not have to deal with y’alls nasty taco bells.

Normally get good service but not today. I also don’t usually complain but this visit was beyond unacceptable. Waited 45 plus min for food I never received. Asked for refund and cashier did not care or ask any questions. Refunded $60 of my $65 then Walked away and tossed my original receipt in garbage without saying a word. I asked someone else for help and they brought her back and she complained about how “it’s not her problem”. She then gave me $5 cash out of the drawer and walked away again. Worst food service of my entire life and that’s why I’m saying something about it. Note: the same person that gave me the refund was in back cooking while on her personal phone. Have a little respect for your job regardless of where you work.

Went through drive thru with a mobile order. It still took them a long time to get food ready while we were in the drive thru for pick up. But food was hot and fresh so they likely got it ready when we were at the window.

Ok, I understand that it’s late and I understand that it’s busy But when I have a $29 order and you mix it up with a $16 order then we have some problems. I understand being the only place open late you will get busy at the random times, but you had me waiting for over an hour for my food. The worker asked us 3 times what we had and then eventually just asked up for the receipt so that she can get it through, like what the heck. The worker tried and make it up by giving us 2 free cinnamon twist (I don’t like cinnamon twist) but I understand that they are busy. If it wasn’t for my need to use the bathroom I would have turned around and ask them to correct my order. I tried calling them, but surprise surprise the line was busy. I would have asked for a refund too but I unfortunately paid in cash. I wouldn’t have cared if it was more or less the price difference. I paid $29 and again only got $16 worth of food. Worst experience of my life and I won’t be going back

I ordered ahead and when I got there my order was ready on the shelf yet. I had to wait 25 minutes just to be greeted and for them to ask me what I was therefore. Then? When I told them I was there to pick up for my order, I had to wait an additional ten minutes for them to focus on long enough to grab my food. By the time I got it it had been sitting for almost thirty five minutes and was cold and soggy. Not impressed. The other customers that had came in and placed orders while there got their food before me, While my food sat in a bag on the shelf waiting for someone to hand it to me.

Well we usually frequent this place but as of late we’ve had a change of heart because the service has been very poor. Good customer service but horrible with fulfilling orders. The past couple of times going there our order has been wrong. Simple request such as no tomatoes or soft shell tacos with just meat and cheese. Consistency has been horrible.

8/06/23 12:22pm Honestly some of the rudest workers ever… I had a pick up order and for over a minute every time I’d say my name through the drive through they’d purposefully say a difficult random name (ex. “I said pick up for grace” and they replied with”pick up for Bree, Bryce, Craig, etc.”). Not to mention not only did they get the order wrong it looked as though they smashed the food before giving it to us. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this tacobell or probably any tacobell in the area again anytime soon.
