I used to like this place but recently this place went to shit, This is a half ass taco! I’ll never go back , IF YOU’RE READING THIS GO TO TACO PRO’S ON MILLER PARK WAY, OR EL JALAPENO on national, los Mariachis on Layton, little Cancun on 27th Street they’re a million times better than this place. Monica the manager is a terrible manager with no regard for food safety, and getting customer orders correct. She should be ashamed of her work ethic. I will be calling and complaining. I ordered 2 tacos and they only put down 1 taco and she refused to make it right. Terrible customer service.

I’ll be honest- I usually don’t pick this location because in past experiences, food quality has been spotty. Not today! Both women who interacted with me were cheerful, and while the food took a little longer than expected (not their fault, looked like low staffing), it was REALLY delicious. Like best Taco Bell I have had maybe! Just want to shout out these ladies for doing a good job!

I placed my order in the morning they made my burritos incorrectly by making them crunch wraps instead of the burritos I ordered, when I came in to get this corrected I did not ask for a refund or anything I simply wanted the burritos I ordered instead I got verbally assaulted by the woman making the food who continued to scream at me even after her manager told her just correct the order as her other co-worker tried to shame me for not just eating what they gave me. When I told them I was too pregnant for this I was told not to yell while they continue to yell at me. I do not recommend going here if this is how the staff treats people. There are more than enough Taco bells to go to we can let this place close

i wish i could do 0 stars it was a horrible experience!!! i paid $33 (hard earned money!!!) and they didnt do a thing right. every taco had LESS than a scoop of meat on them. They put the toppings on the side of the taco??????? our nachos had NO toppings on them, the service was horrible!! AND THE PLACE WAS UNCLEANED, the employees were playing around instead of making my order right. im very disappointed i wanted to enjoy a meal with my family for my birthday and got nothing. They even forgot a taco that i paid for. this is the worst birthday ive ever had in my 25 years of living! im NEVER going back. This place should be shut down!!!!!!!!

I love to give props when props are earned. Today I picked up a doordash order and this store has been the most professional taco bell I have been in in a lonnngggg time. They made sure that what the customer didn’t have I called and got replaced. She alsoprovided a wait time very happy nice and greeted me. Its clean looks like it was cleaned ny night staff as its supposed to be done i walk into alot of restaruants and the stores wasnt cleaned from the night before.
Awesome workers and I truly appreciate the awesome customer service.
P.s. Biggest props to the lady in charge (if she’s not manager she should be)

I went to the drive-thru on my way home from work. I have a coupon from the Taco Bell for a free taco not anywhere on that coupon does it say with a purchase but she the manager insist that it’s with a purchase and I say it’s not stated on the coupon at all she says well that’s what it is I’m the manager we give them out all the time granted I just noticed that the coupon is expired anyway so either way I wouldn’t be able to use it but she was very rude and I didn’t appreciate her little attitude.1:25 am Manger needs to be trained on customer service .

Best taco bell I’ve had in a long time. I got 2 breakfast items and I was the only person in line via the drive thru. I got my food fast, fresh, and the tortillas actually had substance! My last experience with a different location sucked, I got one small scoop of food in my tortillas so I won’t go back there. If this quality continues I will be a repeat customer!

The male that works there that’s very flamboyant has the worst customer service. The way he speaks to people , the attitude in his tone. If hating a job was a person , it definitely would be him. Hes disrespectful and rude. He couldn’t take a simple order or do simple math. Refused to read my order back when he seemed confused on the total of my order. Do not recommend. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. Also was trying to threaten and fight a women and refuse to give a refund back.

Don’t order at night I guess, everyone of my tacos was crushed the same way, looks very intentional. None of the quesadillas made correctly. I don’t even know how places like this stay open.
