I went in at 8pm on a Thursday. Drive thru packed so I went inside. Ordered via kiosk then went to the bathroom while i waited for food. Bathroom smelled nice and looked clean. Went to wait for my food again and a staff member handed out some taco coupons to accommodate for us waiting- i had only been in the store for 5 minutes at that point. The store itself is also very nice looking- updated furniture, fixtures, clean etc. Staff member that gave out coupons was also very attentive and running around working hard. When I got my food it was hot and my tacos were packed. I had an unexpectedly quality night at tbell.

Make sure to be aware of this place if/when you doordash because they only focus on taking care of drive thru customers and basically ignore doordash drivers.

Never thought Taco Bell would take longer to consistently get my order than Culvers. Routinely, and order from placement to receiving the food will take 20+ minutes. Food is made properly, which is a positive, but what was once considered “fast food” is quite the opposite at this location.

So here’s a little backstory, I originally went to the McDonald’s across the street, I don’t usually go to McDonald’s. Wanted to get a quarter pounder with cheese or whatever you know, And the lady who is at their drive-thru was super short with me and really rude so I decided to go to Taco Bell instead.
My experience at this Taco Bell location couldn’t have been any more opposite than my experience at the McDonald’s across the street. I never the guys name (he wore white glasses) but whoever was running the drive-thru has a really decent demeanor and seemed very positive. Made my mode completely flip!
There are still good people out there. I know I can slip and I work on it, but this location seems to have it. Oh and the food was exactly as it always is and always should be. Thank you.

Been a long time since I have been to Taco Bell so I thought I would stop in. I was the only person in the dining room. Order 3 hard-shell tacos and a small drink. Took 12 minutes to get my order. There were two cars at drive window. As you can see I literally paid 6 bucks for three taco shells. Prices way up and quality way down. Never going back.

I have to apologize, I had a question about my drive thru order and I rushed the staff to respond to me walking in because I had people waiting for me in the car. I got my questions answered promptly and courteously, left and then the person driving with me say in the lot longer responding to a text. So, thank you for your excellent customer service. I think we as customers need to do better by the staff who are doing the best they can!

Went on a “Taco Tuesday” with the family and had a great time. Great tacos and awesome burritos! Right on the spot, right amount of ingredients. Fresh and warm. Delicious. Restroom needed some maintenance but overall, had a fresh scent. Recommended!
