Love their pizza . It was our go to place in the 80’s. Love the humble pie. Glad this place is still around Man, this pizza spot is a total blast from the past, takes me right back to the 80s. Their humble pie was always the best, seriously hit the spot. It’s pretty cool they haven’t budged from the same location for so long. Makes you wonder how many slices they’ve served up over the decades. Definitely a classic for a reason.

I ordered pizza ($150 worth) on Christmas Eve night and when I got home EVERYTHING was burnt! I could not go back to have them remake it because they were closed. On 26 Dec, I took the pizza back up there and all of the workers were rude and non apologetic. And mentioned that I could receive a full refund because some of the pizza was ate off. Customer service was a 0/10.
Not to mention the hour wait that I waited on the pizza for it to be burnt.

For my son’s 17th birthday he wanted Godfather’s pizza and wings. The pizza was good but the 16.99 wings were a joke! My thumb and the 2oz ranch cup was bigger than the wings. If that wasn’t bad enough they were cold. We live a 2 minute drive away from the restaurant so that’s no reason for them to be cold. Very disappointing. Unfortunately I cannot post the pictures I took. Not sure if we will be back. The ratchet Little Caesars right by it is better.

I would rate it higher but the wait really got to me. I waited almost 40mins to get our food which was a pizza and cheese sticks. The staff was friendly though and the place was nice and clean. The food was really good. Like I said asides from the long wait time, which I thought they forgot about us for a bit, it was really good.

It was a spotless restaurant dining area, and from what I could see, the kitchen was immaculate. Pizza here is always good. This is a childhood favorite restaurant chain. Anytime I see one, I have to stop in. The only upset was with the staff. They seemed very lazy except for one girl who was no longer cleaning tables. She wasn’t my cashier. However, while my cashier was busy taking another break, she sat at the side table on her phone, right behind the other girl on her cell phone, eating a pizza. This one worker was none stop. She checked on my pizza, cleaned the dining room, and worked the corner. The others are sluggish, and management needs to address them ASAP. Overall, it is a spotless restaurant. To think I even tipped them 10% prior.

I love Godfather’s Pizza. So, I was excited to see there was one next to our hotel because there is not one where we live. They have the best taco pizza! We had a late lunch and the girls working were friendly and helpful. They told my son where the crayons and color pages were so he could color pictures and they hung them on the wall for him to see. He was so excited. Our food was fast and perfect. We will definitely be back at this Godfather’s next time we come in from out of town.

This is some of the Best pizza I have found in Alabama. Reminds me of the good old days, eating pizza with my mom and dad on Sundays. The building doesn’t look like much, but the pizza is amazing and just like the old Godfathers. Great customer service, pizza has been fantastic every time. Highly recommend

Lunchtime rolls around and we were thinking pizza and or wings and we found them both here at godfathers.
Although the flavors were still basically there, it’s not like the godfather’s Pizza of old.
The service was good and the restaurant was clean. Plenty of on-site parking
