The crew rocked it tonight, they overheard me mention to my friend that we forgot to order a bowl in the app order. They asked if I wanted to add a bowl on and they just made it happen. It didn’t hold up the line, super fast with the 2nd order, everything was done well, great crew took care of us. thank you!

you can see my reciept and photo of the food they sent. I ordered from doordash black bean Chalupa’s but they delivered beef Chalupa’s and the order was not even completely delivered. It was just only half of the order.
Ordered : – 1 chicken burrito, 2 black been chalupas with crunchy taco with large pepsi, and cheezy chicken gorditaz
Delivered :- 1 raw chicken burrito, only 1 beef chalupa with black been crunchy taco
I spent $40 and it was totally waste of money. Never order from this place at all.
Worst people working there who are blind and can’t see the written orders properly. Worst staff ever deal in my life.

It can be hit or miss at this location but overall this Taco Bell is one of the better ones in the area. I think a lot of the hit or miss can be due to staffing when you get there as during busy times the more the miss but you’ll have that. Overall the food is generally pretty decent and warm.

I eat Taco Bell more than anyone you’ve ever met, I’m here 4-5 times a week. It’s never been anything but wonderful. The staff is incredible and it’s truly a testament to management, every time they have a new hire they’re on top of it and customer service is fantastic. I’ve been to plenty of different Taco Bell, this is far and away one of my favorites.

I was in the bathroom and I was washing my hands and there was a gentleman just get out from toilet and he didn’t wash his hand. I saw him from mirror and I noticed that he is working for Taco Bell and I followed him and watched him. He start taking care of the food and he didn’t even wash his hand or use gloves. I was trying to reach out to manager, but he was not working there that day.

This is by far the WORST Taco Bell I have ever gone to. The service was terrible the 1st time but given another chance due to location and a 15 passenger van full of hungry people on 8/20/2021 at 1:30pm. I waited almost 30 min as the cars were not moving. When my turn came up to order the person said cash only. I said ive been in line almost 30 min and someone should have informed these people in line of this by a sign or someone coming out. She said are you going to order or not. I proceeded to order needing to cut down the order to accommodate the need for cash we often do not carry much of. I was already frusterated because there was no where to turn around as the orders are done with no backing out capabilities for a small car at this point but especially for a 15 passenger van like I was driving. In ordering she could not hear me. I went to the next window to order by seeing her and said you really need a sign out there. She said I do not have time for that. I said can I speak to your manager. She laughed and said I am the manager, are you ordering or not. I posted an example of the small drive thru area your in and just before this is where the original ordering area is located and you go into whats in the photo.

Me and my wife have been coming here for years and the young guy that is monotone with the glasses is our favorite person. He has always gotten our Taco Bell order correct and we appreciate that. No extras just are items we ordered our sauces and we are on our merry way. We love the quick and knowledgeable service
