Snow-Meggedon Roll- It was recommended by the waitress and was stuffed full of snowcrab; very good, but I’m also excited to try more.
Various Nigiri (see captioned photo)- Everything was nicely cut, dressed, and most importantly, tasted fresh.
Seaweed Salad- It was what you’d expect, very nice.
Chicken Karaage- Wonderful pieces of juicy chicken wrapped in a breading that was very nicely crispy.
Yuzu Sorbet- Extremely enjoyable, clean, fresh and bright tasting; a perfect way to end the meal.
All in all, I had a very pleasant experience and I am looking forward to going back.
12/15/25 Update: I wanted to try more from Nori Sushi, and boy am I glad I stopped by. This time I had a Spicy Scallop Temaki, and the Bumblebee roll. The Temaki was flavorful, nicely spicy, and prepared beautifully. The Bumblebee roll was also nicely spicy, with a wonderful balancing of flavors. The yamagobo was such a pleasant addition to the roll; it provided a wonderful crunch to every bite!
Absolutely wonderful experience!
For rolls we got the Crunch Roll, Volcano Roll, and Maple Leaf Roll. All of them were awesome. Everything tasted super fresh and looked great. I was already full but still kept eating because it was that good. Definitely a place we’d come back to.
The fish was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented over perfectly seasoned sushi rice. Each piece of sashimi—from the tuna and salmon to the yellowtail and ikura—had great flavor and texture. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients.
The balance between the rice and fish was excellent, and the portion size was very satisfying. Every bite felt fresh and well prepared.
If you enjoy Chirashi, this is definitely a place worth trying. I would absolutely come back again.
