I just want to say I have not had taco bell in a long time. Not for any particular reason. However, the service I had today at the sussex location was excellent. Very pleasant staff. Especially the guy taking orders. If you live in the area this is the taco bell to go to.

One of the few Taco Bell’s that I’ve been to where your order is accurate. The staff is great at making sure your order is correct and will go above and beyond to fix it if the order is wrong. Also, kudos to the managerial staff here for staying level headed and calm when dealing with hostile customers. Sometimes the customer isn’t always right.

Order takeout five taco Supremes received five tacos without tomatoes! When I called the gentleman who answered the phone hung up on me after I told him what happened!! Never going back to this one here we go again. It was bad when it first opened then got better. Now it’s back to being bad again. Terrible customer service.

Went here the other night and the service was terrible. Ordered 6 standard things and it took 35 minutes to get my food. There was 1 person in the lobby ahead of me and 2 cars in the drive thru. From what it looked like there were 6 people in the back working. I’ve never waited this long for food from a Taco Bell.

This location has improved. Everyone is really friendly and seems to take pride in their work, from what I’ve witnessed. The food comes out quick and consistent. They seem to try new things on the menu. So you won’t get bored, while still being able to order old favorites. I arrived at the busiest time of the day and the drive thru was backed up and the inside was packed. I still got my food after the longest wait. The workers looked stressed but glad they remained calm. Congrats. Ice machine was broken but they still offered ice. Food was hot, clean, and super delicious.
