Just saying everyone needs to see this this is how the back of the Taco Bell looks goodluck eating there all the food is cooked in plastic bags and some of the employees leave it in the water to long and it gives the food a plastic taste in it and assuming if there’s a plastic taste there plastic in the food itself there was a drunk guy who used to run the night shift and stumble arnd the store dishes were barely washed good ever always food stuck in them the cinnamon twist were made in dirty plastic containers the fryers always dirty and I’ve seen soapy water go into the fryers and a worker make food in the fryers after store is very dirty there is boxes of food/containers stored on the dirty floor sauce container would usually have residue of other sauces in them and they would just put the new sauce in the container even when it’s dirty they would wipe the upper counters down of all the dust and food and it would get into the food when falling to the floor would never recommend coming to this Taco Bell ever in your life

Go to the one on Summit in Ocon if you’re local. I am telling you it it worth the few extra minutes if you’re in the area. They are always slow, always are very nasty towards the customers. I went to get 1 singular taco after work. They had 0 other customers, and they said “go pull to the front of the store” and slammed the window. I then proceeded to wait 10 minutes for 1 taco. How can service be this poor? The lady who gave me that terrible service should find a new job.

I know this Taco Bell has had some problems with staffing in the past, but I tried it tonight and was very impressed. Great group of friendly, helpful, efficient staff. Had to wait a bit while they made some fresh cinnamon twists so they offered me a free drink. I will definitely be back to this one.

Literally ALWAYS get my order wrong and i am always missing at least 1 or 2 items. I feel like they owe me gas money at this point for the amount of times I’ve had to drive back to get my missing items. I get it if it’s busy, I work in retail and understand the stress of busy times. but usually there is only one other car either in front or behind me. The employees are always nice I will say. Just wish they didn’t get my order wrong every single time

Wish I could give this place zero stars. This may be the worst run restaurant of all time. Come through at 1:30 PM on a weekday and no one answers through the drive-through and all the doors to go inside are locked. I will now drive across town to the other one every single time I want Taco Bell.

They are lazy and will give you stale food or dictate what you can order off the menu. Terrible quality food and service. They will close 2 hours earlier than the posted hours.

Went to order food through the drive-thru tonight. It was about 8 pm. About 3 employees were sitting outside just sitting on the sidewalk. We waited a little while before someone came to the intercom, welcomed us to Taco Bell, and then informed us that they had no food. I asked if they were closed and the employee said no but that they had run out of food. Looks like the employees are just sitting around, shooting the breeze, not working and getting paid for it. We were extremely disappointed. We used to like coming to this location but it’s gone down hill.
