1st visit to this location. The parking lot had amble spaces. The business was not crowded. My burrito was good and adequately stuffed lol i also got a cup of queso and chips with my burrito. They salsa bar was open. This location had an ice cream bar which I’ve never see in Moe’s before. I’m from Al/Ga and we dont have this. They offered cups/cones and sundaes…even had a toppings bar at the end of the counter. They offer drins via coke fountain and also water, drinks in bottles also some alcoholic beverages.

Ordered a chicken burrito through uber eats and the thing was 2% meat. Couldn’t bite into it without rice spilling all over my desk. Never ordering here again.

What happened to this place. Went there for dinner 9/8/24. Their prices keep going up it never pauses at all. I used to go here every week and the prices change everytime. The quality and freshness of their food went downhill. The Lettuce was old, all the ingredients looked like they were sitting out for a while. Very dissatisfied with the place. It’s too bad I’ll have to look for tex mex somewhere else. Also the app stole my points too. Terrible.

Food is always good, I almost always get delivery with them and it’s always fast (or at least at the time that they say) I always get bowls and they always arrive with each ordered ingredient, it doesn’t look like a strange mix of colors, I like that they care about the image of the product they deliver.

BEWARE!!! my mom went to this Moe’s. She has reward points. After purchasing, she noticed that the cashier wrote down her phone number. She didn’t think anything of it at the time. When she got home, she noticed all her reward points were gone. She called customer service and they did nothing. Said because they are already redeemed they can’t be returned.
I hope the employee enjoyed the burrito and kid’s meal.

The staff did a great job and the food was good, but I won’t be going here again. They have a sign at the register telling people not to tip unless the the service was exceptional. You have to be such a callous awful person to actually try and disincentivize tipping for your workers. If you want to get them to work better, do it through better management and financial incentives. The is the only time I’ve ever seen a company do this. I won’t be coming back and I’ll be telling my friends who frequently come here not to either, until that changes.

I bought tofu bowl with chips, my second time being there. The first time, the chips had chunks of salt. I came back the second time thinking they might’ve changed the salt on the chips.
The worker are pleasant but when I got my order, the chips were still too salty so I asked for chips without salt but they had none. The manager said they don’t make chips with no salt. If the chips have salt already from being made, why put more?
Commerce Center Moe’s closed down. I loved it there. They didn’t put any salt in the chips.
Update: I went back to this Moe’s and the manager gave me lightly salted chips which was so much better. The service is great.

Been coming here for years. In the last year it has gone way down hill. $12 for my sons stack with no meat. I told the young man you didn’t put any meat in it, he smiled at me. Ok!
I got 1 taco and it was terrible, ground beef at Taco Bell tastes better. Prices are insane for what you actually get. Last time eating here!
